We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Dealt with Ryan in Sales and Jeana in financing. Two of the best people I've ever worked with. Ryan went well above and beyond trying to make my experience pleasurable. He is the hardest, most sincere salesperson I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I wish all sales people had his character and work ethic! Jeana was an absolute sweetheart in financial. She didn't try to sell me anything extra, just the basics to keep me covered. You can tell she loves just helping people get only what they need. High quality character and an absolute pleasure to "work" with!

I am so glad we bought our Ford Edge from Summit Ford! (Thanks Ryan Madala-Klug!!!) Not only do Chuck and I love it but now our Daughter does too. We let Jon and Molly use it to go to Rhinelander. She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into! I worked retail for years and people would say to me, "Oh you are so good at that you do." As happy as I was to hear that I always thought "Don't tell me, tell my boss...tell others." So when I find a great product and/or exemplary service, I tell bosses and others. So I'm telling you, if you are thinking of a different car, Stop and see Ryan and the other good people at Summit Ford in Beaver Dam.

The sales team did a good job, Dan did a great job showing us vehicles and was knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find us a vehicle from another dealer after the car we selected was sold the same day. The unpleasant part was working with the finance guy, who overall seemed like a nice guy, but was unrelenting, almost obnoxious on pushing for the service contracts, after multiple "no's". My wife and I were being patient and considerate, but it did leave a bad taste, on what was a pretty positive experience. Ashley was also very helpful and prompt communicating and Justin was always proffesional. We would return, but not put up with the stuff outlined above.

It was all handled very well. The man who took my order handled it very professionally. The service was completed in a timely fashion and he explained all that had been done and may need to be done in the future. I appreciated it very much.

Ayinde Garry is genuine and passionate about customer satisfaction. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. I would refer him to many others because he’s really detailed when explaining each question that’s asked without being misleading.
