Easy top notch experience from start to finish. I had a vehicle in mind upon arrival. After looking at the vehicle on the lot I was introduced to Lou Carvalho. Lou was great to work with when trying to finalize the deal. The process of negotiating the deal from start to finish was handled with professionalism and extremely easy to work with in getting the deal done. Once we agreed upon the deal I was brought over to the finance department and met Waseem who also was exceptional to work with and did his best to find the best financials to get the deal done. Both of these gentleman made my purchase a breeze and I would highly recommend Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Easiest experience I've had with getting the right vehicle and at that right price!

Last week I called and talk to a girl named Bianca she was so nice, and friendly to me I wanted to bring my car in for a oil change that day at 3:30 after i got out of work well everything was booked for that day so Bianca told me if I could be there for 3:30 then she would squeeze me in for that day. she was so helpful, and accommodating that this made my night even better. thank you Bianca for helping me .

Was having trouble with my Jeep Wrangler that required extensive trips to the service dept. I can honestly say that Kayla Brazil made what could have been a "nightmare" into a pleasant experience! She single handedly restored my faith in customer service @ an automotive dealership!!! Great experience buying my pre-owned Ram 1500 Laramie. From Sales to finance to delivery there was no pressure whatsoever so ever. They knew my budget, found me the right financing to fit my budget and no pressure to buy anything extra. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Carlos Campos and Gio. After I bombarded him with text messages one afternoon, and again the next day on his day off, ( and getting answered) I took the trip in. The experience was like none other. Carlos was completely transparent, down to earth and honest! This man is one of us, an every day person. I talked with him for about an hour just about life and not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. I ended up walking out with a car not only because it was a great and fair deal, but because Carlos gave me faith and the reassurance I needed. After getting Buisness done with Carlos, I went to see Gio, the finance guy. This man was more transparent and honest than I think he’s allowed to be! He tailored everything to my specific needs and gave me 2 recommendations. 1. what he thinks would be the best option for my plans for the vehicle and then 2 what he thinks would work best with my budget. I really can’t say enough good things about the service. I will be back and will bring my family and friends.
