To say that we will be telling everyone we know looking for a car to contact CarShop, specifically Michael Moffa, is an understatement. Michael was kind, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to get things to work for us and our budget. He went above and beyond, at one point even kneeling down next to our new minivan with a cloth to make sure everything was dry from the detailing before we took it home. Had problems with my Dodge Durango, took it to a smaller shop and they were not able to fix all of the issues so I took it to savage L&B and they fixed everything that was wrong with it. I got an expensive bill, but my problems were all resolved.
