He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. Recently had work performed on my 2014 Ram's 3 way valve and harness. The harness effects both the check engine light and service 4wd warning light. Apparently the harness was cut probably way back when installed and just took some movement to break. The tech repaired the harness and then had to replace the 3way valve. Probably shorted out the electronics on the valve. The process took about 4 days and was kept informed. I did request my old part back. Would have given 5 stars but tech did not check antifreeze reservoir and it was completely empty and needed to be filled. Should have been done prior to my pickup. Otherwise would highly recommend their service.

Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun. I will certainly recommend Hayes to friends and family. I love my Jeep!
