It was the last day of the month and the dealership was extremely busy, but Hamza went above and beyond — even offering to take us out to get something to eat while we waited. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Vance in the business office was absolutely terrific. He was transparent, professional, and made the process smooth and seamless from start to finish. Went for a scheduled oil change. Waited about 1 hour, which is pretty normal. Was treated with respectful & courteous service from the service adviser. Have been going to this dealership for a long time. I would recommend them for your service needs.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

Found a Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale online at Miller Motors in Burlington. I sent an email on Sunday requesting information. On Monday, I received an email and phone call from Kenny Daniels, a salesman that I had used previously. We discussed the vehicle and when I could come in to see it. The Discussion on price went smoothly. Kenny actually came and picked me up since I did not have a ride that day. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Kenny when looking for a vehicle.

Effortless and pleasant to work with. Even the credit department was low pressure. We were in and out in about 1 hour. We drove up from Indy and they had 2 cars for us to choose from. Both were CPO cars with extended warranties. This visit was NYE and we even got a tip on where to dine before headed home. Great work by the whole team. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed.
