New and used 2026 Jeep Compass for sale near Troy, NY

Service department is excellent. Customer service who answers phones and schedules appts is terrible. My vehicle had to go in for a recall. Called and set up appt - rep says it will take an hour for the repair. Get to the appt and service says it will take 3 hours and they don’t have the part, because the reason for the appt wasn’t communicated to them.

I was looking for a small SUV. I really liked my salesperson, Julie Bialas. She was knowledgeable, patient, organized, kind, and sincere. I felt that she wanted to help me get the right car for my needs and her motivation was not just to make a sale. She seemed to love the HRV and I did too but in the end I had to choose a smaller car. Perhaps next time I purchase a car I will be comfortable driving something bigger, or maybe Honda will make a smaller SUV. In any case , I will look for Julie to guide me to my next purchase. I bought my last 2 Jeeps at other dealerships but return here for service regardless of warranty guidelines stated by the other places. Service here is quick, appointments are super easy to make online. I've never been overcharged and everyone is friendly and accommodating.

I was a walk in customer without an appointment. Rhonda Dingman assisted me within a minute or two and had me on the schedule immediately. I could see from the waiting area that Rhonda was constantly busy. She was extremely pleasant. She had given me an estimate time of completion and my service was actually completed 15 minutes earlier than that. I was very pleases and again Rhonda brought me my paper work, brought me to the cashier & had my Jeep waiting for me at the door. All in all, a pleasant experience.
