Hello, my review is positive. I'm happy with my jeep compass limited. Stylish body design. I, like having fuel efficiency mileage. Pretty good performance and awd suspension. Comfortable heated seats. Plenty of cargo area for my items. Very cool ride, reliable fun to drive.

I viewed the truck online called the office, they emailed the application I completed it they told me to come in. I test drove the car and I was pleased. The finance team was amazing they went over and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for your automobile purchase.

This is a great vehicle for the money. Strong engine, and getting over 30 mpg. Comfortable, and with Jeep capability. Very happy with our choice.

Marvin is the salesman at Lupient who helped me buy my Kia Optima which I was originally leasing. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I would recommend Lupient Kia and Marvin Cameron to anyone I know. Best buying experience I have ever had. It was a very transparent process with no hidden cost. Taking ownership of the vehicle was very smooth and Marvin gave me sufficient time to go over the options and how they work.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Car was perfect and price was under budget for what I was looking for love the feel of the ride and the seats are very comfortable for a woman, my husband is a big guy and he does not fit too good.

Very happy with my jeep! Came in to the dealership not knowing 100% what I wanted . Shannon, and Anthony were very helpful in explaining my options and available features in upgrading my vehicle that better fit my needs and driving habits. My family has bought several cars from Ewald and we know and trust that we are getting a good deal and a great vehicle when we work with Shannon . She is very knowledgable and makes sure we feel comfortable with our decision . We won't shop anywhere else ! The people at Ewald make buying a car not such a headache!

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

John and I went to JUST LOOK at two trucks for John as he needed to get a new vechicle, as his truck he bought 7years ago from Jim O’Connor was rusting out and the air quit. We where interested in a truck they were working on getting safety checked. They let us wait until the truck was done and brought back and test drive it! Where John and I fell in love and knew it was the right fit for our family! Jim and his team where remarkable and treated us like we were family! Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

THIS WAS AN OFF SITE WAREHOUSE SALE. I LOOKED AT A USED TRUCK. IT WASN'T WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. AND NO HIGH PRESSURE. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE MORE THAN AT MOST USED CAR SALES.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

Malvin and Brandon and all we interacted with were extremely nice. Malvin, our sales agent was helpful with information about the car and getting us through the process. Brandon was able to help with financing. Our 6-month-old was with us the entire time, which took about 4.5 hours, so if I have any negative feedback, it is that the process took a VERY long time. We were extremely happy with our service, and give your boy Malvin a raise!

Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is spacious. Very nice quality interior design and the leather. Touchscreen stereo with navigation and other apps. Reliability, Good vehicle value!!

The sales team did a good job, Dan did a great job showing us vehicles and was knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find us a vehicle from another dealer after the car we selected was sold the same day. The unpleasant part was working with the finance guy, who overall seemed like a nice guy, but was unrelenting, almost obnoxious on pushing for the service contracts, after multiple "no's". My wife and I were being patient and considerate, but it did leave a bad taste, on what was a pretty positive experience. Ashley was also very helpful and prompt communicating and Justin was always proffesional. We would return, but not put up with the stuff outlined above.
