I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Superb experience purchasing my 2014 BMW X5D. The customer service was impeccable from the moment I walked in. I would recommend anyone to go here if you want to purchase a luxury used car! I wish I could give ten stars.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

Purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Imperial was so easy. They are only 10 minutes from my house and had at least a dozen Cherokee L's for me to look at. Our Sales Agent, Kelsey Legeny, knew all about the various models and features and let us test drive a few. She gave me a great price and even extended the factory warranty as a bonus. I paid on Saturday and picked my new car on Tuesday morning. They took care of all the RMV paperwork and worked with my insurance agent. I didn't have to do any of that. When I picked it up, it was detailed to showroom condition. Very happy customer!

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

2022 Jeep Compass Limited ♥️ when I bought my Jeep I loved it at first sight❗️just being very specific. Love the cooling/heating for seats upfront and also in the back. and the heating steering wheel. Love the outlets super great option for outdoors. Love having 4x4 I also love the options for different off road travels sand,mud,snow glad we don't get snow in Florida ♥️ my Compass is not sluggish at all. Trust me when I want it to get up and go it does. But I didn't buy my Jeep to tear it up either. Lots of room and storage. Plugs everywhere for everyone's phones. And mine I just put on the charger no need to plug it in. LOVE the back up camera. If you are having problems with that go to your dealership they will fix that for you right away. Full extended sunroof from front to back. I love finding all the little Easter eggs hidden on my Jeep. Love the remote options on my phone that can lock, unlock, start, horn, basically I can do everything on my phone. Love the SOS button incase of emergency. You can drive for 6hr and 37min before getting gas. Also other feature I love it will stop byself if iam coming up on something and iam not stopping. So many more features that I love ❤️ Money well spent. Eventually I will be getting a lift kit on it. And trailer hitch. I would most definitely recommend. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Honestly I have nothing bad to say. I LOVE MY 2022 JEEP COMPASS LIMITED. ❗️🤘

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

This is our second compass limited .we had a 2018 limited and everything about it was great . We just bought a 2022 Compass Limited and it is even better than the 2018 . The accereration has improved . The interior and exterior is gorgeous . This one has heated and cooled seats ,every electronic option it can park itself and drive itself although u r supposed to have your hands on the wheel . Great 10.5 in touchscreen with nav and a moonroof too on top of 19 in tires . It does hve a pending software upgrade on the radio and it has a servce bulletin on the cruise control module . Everything else great . No recalls . We bought it used for $30.5 k with 5000 mi on it . LOTTA CAR FOR THE MONEY . WE LUV IT

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

Bought the New 2017 Limited Compass right out of the gate in 2017. Exterior styling is amazing (many compliments), love the grille, black roof is sharp. Interior is great with the exception of no place to put sunglasses/phone. Electronics have been a bit glitchy - remote start rarely works, screen freezes often. Wish the shifting was more aggressive. Put your foot on the gas and it seems bogged down in a gear that's too high, very unresponsive acceleration. I always override the auto-feature that turns the car off at idle - a few incidents that I felt were unsafe. It drives really well in snow but I once bent the underbody shield on city streets after a snowfall. It's a pretty, but delicate Jeep. I love this vehicle but I hope some improvements came with the next model years before I buy another :)

I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for and SEM had just what I wanted. They were very simplistic in their sales with no high pressure or fast talking. I either wanted the vehicle or I didn't. They answered my questions and helped me fill out the paperwork. It took a few days for the car to be ready as they had to give it their inspections and complete the paperwork, but it was ready when they said it would be. Since I was buying a used vehicle, I decided to purchase the warranty and am I glad I did. As with every older vehicle there can be maintenance problems, but SEM was extremely helpful and conscientious in making sure my vehicle was in proper working order. They were happy to listen to my concerns and help me figure out what exactly was wrong and they fixed it far better than I could have expected. Their sales and customer service are exemplary. My son needs a new car and I will be returning to SEM as I know I can expect the best sales and service. In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Buying a used car can be problematic, but Cam simplified the process and met all of my needs. First you do have to do your homework, some cars just are not reliable from the factory and there is no changing this in the used market, so make sure you know what you want and the reviews that go along with it. I decided I wanted a full size Chevy Suburban and Padula had the one I wanted with the specifications I was looking for. Cam gave me the Carfax for the car, and I drove it for a long test drive with no questions asked. I submitted the upgrades I wanted to the vehicle and Cam said no problem. A big shout out to Paul and everyone in the garage for all their help as well..

I am a senior who finally had to trade my sportier Chrysler product for something more accessible. The only suitable car the dealer had available was the Compass. Mine is the High Altitude model with the 2.4L engine and the 6 speed auto. I expected a little better performance from it, but it is acceptable, Even with the 6 speed trans it is sluggish, but the auto-stick feature ameliorates this somewhat if you choose to manually shift it. It still isn't a race car but it will give acceptable take off without waiting all day to get to the next traffic light. The ride is comfortable, and handling is tame. As noted this is not a sports car but it is a good daily driver. Interior appointments are well thought out with lots of available storage space. My biggest disappointment is the instrument cluster. It looks like it came out of an early 70's car, except that the speedo and tach have terribly small numbering. I expect I will rely more on my GPS for speed indication. I was really disappointed with the lack of a trip computer, and tire pressure sensors. These have been mostly standard in Chrysler products for over a decade! Front passenger comfort is good with plenty of leg and headroom, with well cushioned , nicely trimmed (and heated!) seats with a powered driver's seat. The center console is two compartmented with a deep bucket, and a handy document compartment in the lid. The console space is necessary, with the glove box basically sized for a pair of gloves, and maybe a pair of glasses. There are also fairly spacious door pockets, and a dash tray. Another disappointment was the lack of a USB charging station, and only one 12 volt outlet. There is a 150 watt, 120 volt AC outlet, perhaps to plug in a USB charger? While rear storage is not on par with other vehicles in its class, it is certainly adequate for my needs, Especially if the rear seats are folded down, and I often carry quite a load of sporting and outdoor equipment, as well as a walker. The entertaiment center has good sound, with AM, FM, CD and Satellite, as well as an aux jack for external devices, and I love the Uconnect which feeds my phone through the sound sound system. I have not commented on the rear seats because I haven't used them, and likely will not, nor do I often have passengers, I will most likely keep the rear seats folded down. In spite of my disappointments, I have to rate this car with 4 Stars. It will more than adequately meet my needs, if not all of my expectations. The Compass was the least expensive SUV in its class in 2016, so who would expect it to have all of the features of its more expensive brethren, or even stable mates? At this point, I am satisfied with my purchase. No it is not best in its class, but it is a nice, comfortable, even attractive daily driver!

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I really love my new Compass, I enjoy driving it. It handles very nice and for a 4 cylinder engine it moves. The interior is very beautiful and comfortable.
