I have purchased over 15 cars over the years and this was the best dealer experience I have ever had. No games, willing to negotiate fairly and treated with respect.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

Service and quality of service is always top quality. I would recommend Vandavere Chevy the have an excellent sales department they are very helpful and are not pushy.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

For the first time I can actually say that I enjoyed buying a car. Jess was amazing to work with and made the process painless. There was a small nick in the windshield of the truck we bought and she got it taken care of quickly. Would highly recommend, good deal, great salesperson.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

I bought a 2023 Jeep compass Latitude Lux. Wish they come with all the other specs in driver assists like wireless charging, power tailgate, dual zone AC control, adaptive cruise control etc.

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

We like the Jeep because I have a good experience with those cars, the first one was a Cherokee, the Compass it is very economical on gas especially on the highway, the only thing is that it doesn't have to open the trunk from inside the car not even with the key, I like it.

I stopped in and CARA was available to walk to my vehicle w/ me and show me how to delete old locations on my I-phone! She was super helpful and patient/ w/ me!! I bought a trailhawk, thought it would be the best for resale value. The new engine is terrific besides better gas mileage better air quality it feels just as fast as the six-cylinder I used to have in the Cherokee. The new interior feels like it was made for me. I fit in it perfectly. Easy to scoot around in easy to park!

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

Great little SUV, nice options as good as a more expensive luxury car. Smooth ride and very comfortable. I'd recommend this Jeep to anyone wanting a smaller SUV
