My husband and I just purchased our third used car from Toyota of Boardman and Dick Bell. We made an appointment to come in and look at the Telluride - he had it all ready to test drive when we walked in. Every step was smooth and he always goes above and beyond. We live in PA and the dealership handled all of the paperwork for us, except for the inspection - PA won't let anyone else do that. I recommend Dick Bell and this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

This was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Dominic was very ate to my questions and listened to my needs. We live 3 hours away and he had everything ready on our arrival so that our wait time was minimal.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

Tony and his team took care of my 2018 alfa romeo giulia after I hit a deer .They were very professional, from the initial call to the rental to the ins co. and to the body work. They are 'A' rated by my insurance company. The parts only took 2 weeks to come in(unbelivable). The car was returned in less than 3 weeks. The paint blended beautifully. The car looked amazing. We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I recently had an extremely positive experience at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Mirage with about 50,000 miles on it and I got a great price. The process was seamless from my initial outreach to the General Sales Manager Bill Driscoll via email to this person then setting me up with John Barbour as my official sales representative. John was great, very attentive, and offered excellent customer service. It’s just great to have a dedicated person walk you through everything related to the car and contract and also provide honest estimates of how long the process takes. Most importantly, John was very patient and extremely helpful when we encountered a couple of very minor issues. Kudos also to the whole team I dealt with, from Melisa who greeted me in such a friendly manner to Corey Davidson (Sales Manager) and Dakota Carson in sales. Lastly, its’ definitely worth noting that they have a very collaborative and friendly culture, and there’s obviously a priority there to building a sense of community. I know how corny and cliché it sounds to describe a business culture as “family-like,” but it is nice to engage with people at a business who genuinely seem to like each other and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers. I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

Went to the dealership to look at new trucks, I met Justin who came right out to see me and we just talked like friends,no sales pitches and he got me in the truck I wanted for the money I wanted,and the extras are great , I have a new friend and dealer.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

I was complaining about my Nissan kicks for not having a seatbelt alarm which I felt was important.i didn’t give the good aspects of the car and there many.it has “blind spot detection and backup camera and more.i really liked the car.its very nice looking and drives very nice. Eric the salesman was very helpful and I would have kept the car I grew to like it a lot.smooth drive.but no audible seatbelt alarm was what is making me unable to keep it.i will miss my “kicks” I really liked it.but safety first.

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel like you are their only customer. They had a ll the paperwork ready when we arrived to sign. They even noticed a dirty spot on the windshield and took it back in to be cleaned. That may seem small, but it shows they notice details!

2022 Jeep Compass Limited ♥️ when I bought my Jeep I loved it at first sight❗️just being very specific. Love the cooling/heating for seats upfront and also in the back. and the heating steering wheel. Love the outlets super great option for outdoors. Love having 4x4 I also love the options for different off road travels sand,mud,snow glad we don't get snow in Florida ♥️ my Compass is not sluggish at all. Trust me when I want it to get up and go it does. But I didn't buy my Jeep to tear it up either. Lots of room and storage. Plugs everywhere for everyone's phones. And mine I just put on the charger no need to plug it in. LOVE the back up camera. If you are having problems with that go to your dealership they will fix that for you right away. Full extended sunroof from front to back. I love finding all the little Easter eggs hidden on my Jeep. Love the remote options on my phone that can lock, unlock, start, horn, basically I can do everything on my phone. Love the SOS button incase of emergency. You can drive for 6hr and 37min before getting gas. Also other feature I love it will stop byself if iam coming up on something and iam not stopping. So many more features that I love ❤️ Money well spent. Eventually I will be getting a lift kit on it. And trailer hitch. I would most definitely recommend. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Honestly I have nothing bad to say. I LOVE MY 2022 JEEP COMPASS LIMITED. ❗️🤘

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

This is our second compass limited .we had a 2018 limited and everything about it was great . We just bought a 2022 Compass Limited and it is even better than the 2018 . The accereration has improved . The interior and exterior is gorgeous . This one has heated and cooled seats ,every electronic option it can park itself and drive itself although u r supposed to have your hands on the wheel . Great 10.5 in touchscreen with nav and a moonroof too on top of 19 in tires . It does hve a pending software upgrade on the radio and it has a servce bulletin on the cruise control module . Everything else great . No recalls . We bought it used for $30.5 k with 5000 mi on it . LOTTA CAR FOR THE MONEY . WE LUV IT
