Car was perfect and price was under budget for what I was looking for love the feel of the ride and the seats are very comfortable for a woman, my husband is a big guy and he does not fit too good.

The entire sales staff from salesman (Kenneth) to the new car director had a hand in making sure all my emails and questions were answered immediately. You can see the shear number of people below that were involved happily. I was never told the line "we just need you to come in..." once. Everything was done my way, on my terms and I never heard the "lemme go talk to my manager" lunacy you hear everywhere else. All I was told was "sit and relax and I'll take care of that for you." I've never seen a dealership operate this way. One of the smoothest purchases I've ever had. Well done.

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

I never thought I'd own a Jeep in my lifetime, then five years ago I bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot and was amazed by its fuel economy and reliability for a mid-size SUV. Then three months ago my sister needed a car, and I passed the Patriot along to her, so I began doing research to buy another used car for myself and found the 2014 Jeep Compass. Now I'm the proud owner of not one but two Jeeps! I fell in love with it because of its looks as it is "less boxy" than the Patriot and the interior is basically a replica of a car I'm already used to driving. Find it a little bit roomier than the Patriot, love the top of the gate spoiler and the headlights design as well as the focused (foglights?). I can carry a ton of stuff in the back specially since I added the retractable cargo cover for privacy and safety. I definitely recommend this crossover SUV, it delivers a ton for its value. Definitely money well invested.

Mr. Wen was exceptional in the way he made sure that I was informed of all the issues with my vehicle, including recalls. He made sure that I was kept abreast of the progress in my vehicle and went out of his way to do as promised.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Each and every time I spoke with these young man, there remarks was always something that up lifted my spirit. It has been a challenge moving from up North to the Dallas area. I am a senior who finally had to trade my sportier Chrysler product for something more accessible. The only suitable car the dealer had available was the Compass. Mine is the High Altitude model with the 2.4L engine and the 6 speed auto. I expected a little better performance from it, but it is acceptable, Even with the 6 speed trans it is sluggish, but the auto-stick feature ameliorates this somewhat if you choose to manually shift it. It still isn't a race car but it will give acceptable take off without waiting all day to get to the next traffic light. The ride is comfortable, and handling is tame. As noted this is not a sports car but it is a good daily driver. Interior appointments are well thought out with lots of available storage space. My biggest disappointment is the instrument cluster. It looks like it came out of an early 70's car, except that the speedo and tach have terribly small numbering. I expect I will rely more on my GPS for speed indication. I was really disappointed with the lack of a trip computer, and tire pressure sensors. These have been mostly standard in Chrysler products for over a decade! Front passenger comfort is good with plenty of leg and headroom, with well cushioned , nicely trimmed (and heated!) seats with a powered driver's seat. The center console is two compartmented with a deep bucket, and a handy document compartment in the lid. The console space is necessary, with the glove box basically sized for a pair of gloves, and maybe a pair of glasses. There are also fairly spacious door pockets, and a dash tray. Another disappointment was the lack of a USB charging station, and only one 12 volt outlet. There is a 150 watt, 120 volt AC outlet, perhaps to plug in a USB charger? While rear storage is not on par with other vehicles in its class, it is certainly adequate for my needs, Especially if the rear seats are folded down, and I often carry quite a load of sporting and outdoor equipment, as well as a walker. The entertaiment center has good sound, with AM, FM, CD and Satellite, as well as an aux jack for external devices, and I love the Uconnect which feeds my phone through the sound sound system. I have not commented on the rear seats because I haven't used them, and likely will not, nor do I often have passengers, I will most likely keep the rear seats folded down. In spite of my disappointments, I have to rate this car with 4 Stars. It will more than adequately meet my needs, if not all of my expectations. The Compass was the least expensive SUV in its class in 2016, so who would expect it to have all of the features of its more expensive brethren, or even stable mates? At this point, I am satisfied with my purchase. No it is not best in its class, but it is a nice, comfortable, even attractive daily driver!

I found the personnel at international auto to be very friendly and helpful. We did have some issues with our salesperson being out of office and getting someone else to help us when we needed it. The actual car buying process, once we got to that point, was well handled and professional.

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! He went over all the paperwork and handled our tags, inspection and all the other small hassles when buying a car! The price was excellent for the car and it was clean and well maintained. My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.

Safety Technology, Parking sensors, rear cross traffic alert etc. Reliable, very nice styling. Pretty good performance suv, fuel mileage. Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is spacious. Touchscreen stereo with navigation. These vehicles are really cool and I am happy to drive mine around.

I love driving this car! I have a 2019 Jeep Compass trailhawk and it has been great for my daily commuting and for my road trips! It’s a big of a gas guzzler though, the gas could be better. The Auto stop doesn’t seem to make much a difference gas wise. The only problem I had with this car was a rock in the radiator, which unfortunately is how I purchased it without the dealer noticing! When I took it to the dealer they swore up and down that nothing was wrong with it. I was furious, they kept my car for 2 days just to tell me they couldn’t detect anything.I took it to a mom and pop shop and it took them 10 minutes to tell me it was the radiator. Once I got that fixed, the car has been running fine! I love driving it, it’s off road capability is pretty impressive! It has a good amount of features as well. I also got it for a pretty low price, which is awesome!

My jeep compass has done me well I have taken it to idaho from Seattle and back. I've driven it to Oregon over 6 times and I use it for work. I swap my Cvt fluid out every 40k miles and do oil changes every 15k miles running on signature series amsoil. I'm at about 217k miles with low maintenance needed.

I never felt pressured and he listened to all my wants and needs. Usually you only get service like this at Luxury dealerships. I will definitely revisit for my next car buying experience.

The 2014 Compass fulfills its basic duty as A Car. It gets you from point A to B without putting up much trouble, at least, in my experience. Sure, the interior may be cramped, especially if you're tall, but the seats are comfortable. The performance is sluggish, the handling is not much to write home about, and the ride will make bumps feel 10x worse than they already are. But, it's still A Car. Gas mileage also fluctuates. Fuel economy, at best, is 28 mpg (on a full 13-gallon tank) and, at worst, 25 mpg, from my readings. Granted, while mine only has close to 56,000 miles on it, it will last, with no rust or paint problems whatsoever, compared to my mom's Silverado from the same year. Overall, it's one of the Jeeps ever.

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

So glad to have 4wD, the touch screen is nice and the heated seats will be so nice on the cold drive to work. I have always wanted to be apart of the Jeep family. I love them and now I finally have one.
