We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Got a great deal on a used car, however they basically snatched my car from under me at a price that was laughable without even asking me. Gigantic misstep and poor practice on their end, but at least the car I ended up with was so vastly superior, I don't really care that much. To be fair, my car did suck, but I know I could've gotten at least 3x the price they paid for it.

I love my little JEEP compass! It’s runs well and is perfect for me and my needs! Holds all the baseball gear and more in the trunk!

I bought a 2023 Jeep compass Latitude Lux. Wish they come with all the other specs in driver assists like wireless charging, power tailgate, dual zone AC control, adaptive cruise control etc.

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

I viewed the truck online called the office, they emailed the application I completed it they told me to come in. I test drove the car and I was pleased. The finance team was amazing they went over and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for your automobile purchase.

THIS WAS AN OFF SITE WAREHOUSE SALE. I LOOKED AT A USED TRUCK. IT WASN'T WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. AND NO HIGH PRESSURE. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE MORE THAN AT MOST USED CAR SALES.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

I went to Jim O'Connor's to purchase a used car, they had so many options to look through and of course I found something that I loved. After I had purchased the car I had run into a couple problems with my car, and they were so helpful with repairing what needed to be repaired and gave me a loaner car to use while my car was in the shop as well. Now, a couple months after I had purchased the car, I ran into some other issues with my used car, went to them for help and referrals for car repair shops, and they offered yet again to help service my car problems. They have the absolute best service when it comes to purchasing car, before, during, and after the process. Anytime anyone asks me where to look at for buying a car, I will 100 percent of the time recommend Jim O'Connor!

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

Dustin the service advisor was really helpful - took care of my issue with my keep grand Cherokee. Even though it was really busy, still was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. Definitely recommend this dealership/service hub.

We like the Jeep because I have a good experience with those cars, the first one was a Cherokee, the Compass it is very economical on gas especially on the highway, the only thing is that it doesn't have to open the trunk from inside the car not even with the key, I like it.

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.
