My experience buying a new car from Kendall Ford of Meridian was outstanding! I was initially trying to buy a new Ford Bronco for my 16 year old daughter's first car here locally in Virginia Beach. My local dealers tried to help me but just did not have the inventory or any good deals on a particular Bronco my daughter wanted. Instead of having to wait for up to 2 months on building out a Bronco my neighbor Bobby Doub recommended looking at Kendall Ford to buy a Bronco. I was introduced to Justin Ramsey at Kendall Ford and that was the best thing my friend Bobby ever did! Justin took great care of me and made my buying experience pleasurable and stress free. He was very professional and quick to find me a specific Bronco that was built to my daughters specifications. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and also helped me with adding a tow hitch to my Bronco that I wanted installed. Justin is a residential expert and definitely knowledgeable when it comes to answering any technical question about a Bronco! In addition he negotiated and saved me over $4000 with the overall price compared to the same vehicle if I purchased in my local city. I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family members to shop at Kendall Ford and specifically using Justin Ramsey and their sale person! I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Everything was easy and enjoyable. I was not looking forward to buying a car because previously I have had very unpleasant experiences with car dealers. This has changed my opinion I really enjoyed everyone that works there they were all well informed nice and very professional. Thank you very much for all you do

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

We purchased our new 2026 F350 here and the experience was great. No pressure at all. Even the add-on warranty stuff had no pressure. We asked lots of questions and he just simply supplied answers for us, printed out everything and gave us days-weeks to think about it. No pressure to buy anything. Our salesman, Michal "Meehow" Swiercz, was great as well. Always responded to phone calls or texts (even on his days off) and always got us the information we needed. I highly recommend giving him a call for your next purchase from this dealership!

Bought it new in 2008 and used it as a delivery vehicle hauling paper,It was fantastic in the snow .We only put 58k on it but it never had any break downs or issues other then it is slow to put gas in.

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

My experience with Maverick Car Company was the easiest car buying process I have ever been through. After checking the availability on one of their vehicles, their salesman Corbin reached out to me soon after and we set up a time to come view the vehicle. When I arrived, the car was out front ready to view and test drive. Corbin was extremely pleasant to work with and made the entire process smooth and simple. I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

We had a unique situation as we were driving across country to leave our current suv for our granddaughters ( health and safety reasons ) and needed to purchase something we loved ( to keep for the next ten years ) nearby their remote location. Time was growing short when we found the perfect car located at Kendall Ford. We texted them and were able to ask all the questions, see extra pictures and put a deposit down to hold the car until we could get there. When we finally drove through Boise, dropped by to test drive, and purchase , the aviator was detailed, looking like new and ready to continue the drive back across the country. Everything was easy, trustworthy and friendly. They went above and beyond. Our experience could not have been better and we are very much enjoying our new to us, Lincoln.

I went to Tom Scott Honda to buy a used car. I was pre-approved from my bank and had already found the vehicle I wanted online. We called Brandon Johnson to verify they still had the car and set an appointment for that day. He was getting off work but agreed to stay to help us. We went in, took the car for a test drive, completed the paperwork, and were out of there in less than an hour. No haggling, no back and forth. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I really appreciated Brandon's honesty about what they could do as well as the transparency on their prices. I waited three months before writing this review to make sure everything was as they said it would be - and it is! The banking went through without a hitch, the car is fantastic and runs great. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience and will use Brandon again in the future and keep his card in my wallet to refer others to "one of the good guys."

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

Moody in finance was extremely informed and knowledgeable as well! There was not a single person that we encountered who did not place the customer first. This dealer is a class act.

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

Bought the New 2017 Limited Compass right out of the gate in 2017. Exterior styling is amazing (many compliments), love the grille, black roof is sharp. Interior is great with the exception of no place to put sunglasses/phone. Electronics have been a bit glitchy - remote start rarely works, screen freezes often. Wish the shifting was more aggressive. Put your foot on the gas and it seems bogged down in a gear that's too high, very unresponsive acceleration. I always override the auto-feature that turns the car off at idle - a few incidents that I felt were unsafe. It drives really well in snow but I once bent the underbody shield on city streets after a snowfall. It's a pretty, but delicate Jeep. I love this vehicle but I hope some improvements came with the next model years before I buy another :)
