We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! I wish I could give them a 10 or more. We just bought a car the other day. Kyle and Shawn were both great people. Easy to talk to. They helped us out and finding the right deal for us. I can’t thank them enough. Super nice and super helpful. I now have a newer car and happy with what I got. They already looked at some issues and also they even fixed one issue in the spot before we even got approved they did everything we asked them to do. My 2012 Compass has been with me for years It is easy to drive and doesn’t use much gasoline. Also love the radio and a place to put the disks

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

We purchased a 2016 Volvo V60xc with 96k miles on it back in late June of this year. I gotta say, I was a bit nervous buying a used car from a small dealership but Leno and his team were immediately friendly and accommodating. We were looking for this specific model and year of Volvo and felt comfortable with the mileage as this was a local one owner car. Leno provided us with a CarFax report and gave us opportunity to do two test drives. We were already approved for financing with our own bank but we decided to let Leno shop financing and sure enough he beat our bank’s rate by almost a full percentage point with another well known local credit union. The buying experience was super easy and relaxing. We took the car home on a Saturday and all was well for the short drive home. Sunday we took a drive that was our first real test of the car. Much longer than our two test drives that only included a short stretch of freeway from the dealership up one exit to Wadsworth and back. To our horror after a bit of freeway driving we noticed a strange vibration that wasn’t present on the test drives. When we got home I emailed Leno and informed him of the issue. He responded quickly on Monday and asked me to bring the car to their repair shop to have it looked at. I did some research in the meantime and discovered that it was likely a failed U-joint on the driveshaft which only became obvious as the vehicle heated up on a longer drive. My local Volvo mechanic also suggested that as the cause. Sure enough Leon’s technician verified that it was in fact a failed driveshaft. After the diagnosis and to my absolute delight, Leno called to say that he and the owner of the dealership would like to replace the driveshaft at no cost to us. Literally a day and a half later the car was back in our hands driving as good as new. We’re now over a month into owning this car with absolutely no issues since the driveshaft repair. I can’t thank Leno enough. Buying any used car comes with risk, but thanks to Leno and the Carboard team we had a fantastic experience. Thanks again Carboard!

This is my first SUV. I like that it’s not really huge but big enough for what I need. I also really enjoy the comfortable seating.

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

Great little SUV, nice options as good as a more expensive luxury car. Smooth ride and very comfortable. I'd recommend this Jeep to anyone wanting a smaller SUV

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

No one likes the process of buying a car, but AutoNation Southwest actually made it a pleasant experience for me! Sadie and then Lauren were both awesome to work with, professional, knowledgable about the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) that I was looking for, and they were both able to help me, without any bickering and in-fighting like I have seen at other dealerships. Financing was pretty quick, and the dealership was very accommodating about letting me swap Jeep mods out with the new one I purchased. Like they let me switch my after market 37' wheels, so I could have my wheels on my new Jeep. The entire process was as enjoyable as it can be, I felt heard, taken care of and respected. I will 100% buy a car from AutoNation Southwest again. Even if you have had a bad experience at one of the other AutoNation dealerships (I am talking about you, AutoNation West) give ANSW a try, you will not be disappointed. But ask for Sadie or Lauren...they are rockstars!!

The service agent (Rob) was very polite and responsive. He touched base with me at the top of each day to provide an update, which I greatly appreciated.

Jon A was a gem to work with. He bent over backwards to find deal/price that suited me. He drove my car home that evening, so I didn’t have to find someone who could meet me at the lot later in the week. He researched and finally bought a charging cord for my new, leased EV (didn’t COME with a cord!! What’s up with that, Kia??). Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

I really love my new Compass, I enjoy driving it. It handles very nice and for a 4 cylinder engine it moves. The interior is very beautiful and comfortable.
