MOST importantly it is a JEEP. If you want a luxury vehicle, buy one, if you want a full-size truck, buy one, if you want a sports car, buy one, the Jeep Gladiator is none of these. It is designed to be a mid-sized pick-up yet still be a Jeep, it does this PERFECTLY. I have owned 9 Jeeps over the years, as early as 1978 up through 2006; the Jeeps today are full of more amenities and comfort than they ever have been in history. I have 2 Gladiators; a '23 Mojave, and a '23 Diesel Overland, both of them are INCREDIBLE vehicles on and off road, and MORE than fit the bill for a light duty pick-up, superseding most others on the market, and I am even comparing to any of the 5 Tacoma's I have owned. If you are in the market for a light duty pick-up, you can't beat it; whether it is a loaded up graded model, or even the base model, it is still a truck with 4WD, straight axles, and still available with a manual transmission. VERY happy with both of mine!

Came in just wanting to look and not commit but Jesse and Ron sold me on a sedan. I absolutely did not want a sedan but after learning more about the Toyota Camry and test diving It, I knew I was wrong entirely about sedans. They also tried and succeeded in reaching my budget. Ecodiesel gladiator is fun to drive and getting good MPG. My second gladiator and no issues. Jeeps aren't for everyone as they are boxy, heavy, noisy in cab at high speeds and not as luxurious as a Lexus. But these things are tanks with body on frame build, Dana 44 axles, real transfer case and mega offroad capability. Plus its easy to modify suspension and its a "jeep thing".

Very disappointed with Debbie in service dept don't want to deal with her ever again she doesn't listen then I was help the right way by the service manager very happy with his customer service thank you so much. Will be going back

With the prices of the Gladiator coming way down (because of incentives), it made it an affordable choice. Black on Black, with a tone of options. I love it, and most importantly so does my wife! 🤪

I only comment on what I know. I had a small issue with my rubicon and the owner made it right with no problem. I was worried when I bought my jeep because I've hear horror stories. My rubicon has been wheeled to death and it's running outstanding. Not only would I recommend them I tell every person who's looking to go check them out. I was at a performance shop and turned the guy on to black star.

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. Wow, cannot offer enough praise for Blackstar Offroad! Top notch used Jeep/off-road shop. Been shoping for a used Wrangler; no other dealers knew about death wobble nor offered a warranty. Additionally, at no extra cost, they fixed an oil leak - oil pan gasket and seal - and assessed for any potential death wobble issue. So many amazing Jeeps from which to choose - their lot is eye candy. Jeff couldn't have been more helpful. Despite it being far from Hollywood where I live, I knew Blackstar would be the best place from which to purchase. Highly, highly recommend!!

I had an issue with my blower motor for my air conditioner making a lot of noise. The vehicle was under warranty and they inspected it and found, at least they claimed, the head of a mouse stuck inside the unit it was causing the noise. I had to leave my vehicle on a Monday before New Year's, and I received it back on Thursday. According to the repair process for most, if not all, Dodge dealers this was done somewhat expeditiously. A positive note is that I was given a rental coordinated through their in-house contracted rental company. They are also able to give me a truck to replace my truck at no cost. The service advisor, Kirk, was very good. He's been around a while and gives you accurate information. All in all it was a decent experience. But something has to be done about the long way times for repairs. I would recommend the dealer to anyone trying to decide where to take their vehicle for repair.
