They did an overall inspection and suggested a few services that should be done. He didn’t try to scare me to do them and did only the services I authorised after he took the time to explain how they perform the work. Upon picking up my vehicle Spencer who has helped me in the past was great in helping delivering my vehicle. I also want to thank Alex in Mobil Vehicle Service for setting up my oil change. Took 2024 X3 for warranty work and was given 2026 X1 for loaner. Fell in love with all the new features and 3.5 hours later drive home in New 2026 X1. Love all the tech features and the sorry drive. The whole experience was so easy.

We even had a small issue (no one could have known at the time of purchase) pop up a week or so after we purchased the vehicle and T was able to get it fixed for us, no problem.
