bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

I was in the market for a good, used, fun car. Narrowed my list to MINI Countryman and Subaru Crosstrek. Found the MINI of my dreams at Infinity. Jake was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about the car. After test driving, I told him I still wanted to try out the Subaru Crosstrek before making a decision. Well guess what. Within 15 minutes he had one on the lot for me to drive. WOW. Decided the MINI Countryman was the one and they threw in four new tires to seal the deal. What incredible customer service. In need of a car, go to this place first!

Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

Had a long time sales consultant that I bought all my cars from recently retire so was in the unfortunate position of finding a new salesperson to deal the way I like to deal. Darren Radcliff did an awesome job. I had an idea of what I wanted so that was easy but the way he handled the negotiations and went to bat for me made it a breeze. I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

While shopping online for a used 4runner, woodhouse had a limited list on their website. The title was for a limited but the actual vehicle was an SR5. The salesperson was friendly and helpful but it was frustrating that the label was incorrect

Went in on a Saturday with the sole purpose of buy a new truck. Everyone I came into contact with were polite, respectful, professional and in most cases funny. Humor goes a long way with me. Long story short, drove out in a new truck in decent time. Jake, my salesman was very easy to work with. Randy, the finance guy, very knowledgeable and efficient. On sat Aug 14th, I was greeted right of way by Jake S. He was super friendly and helpful. The best part of this experience was the fact that Jake listened to my requests and needs.
