Paolo was our salesman and he was beyond helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I had been talking to Rachel through emails and she set everything up for us, as far as what payment we wanted. She got us just we asked for. We then went to the dealership and Paolo helped us with the rest of the way. He showed us the truck, ran numbers for us and made it work so that we got the payment we asked for. This was my sons first experience buying a new car and it could not have been a better experience. The manager there also came out to talk to my son and be sure he understood everything about the lease. I thought that was awesome. There was at no time any feeling of being rushed, or being pressured to buy the truck. We went home to talk about the payment and 2 days later bought the truck. I WOULD RECOMMEND ADVANTAGE AND PAOLO TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A CHEVY TRUCK.

Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

Was looking for used car for a month at many locations and was wanting a MKZ as 1 of my top 5 I was thinking about getting. Dealer had 1 I called to check out. Able to get me #s on payments before I came in. Nick new I was OCD after dealing with me over the phone and accommodated all of my needs and had a beautiful machine. The finance staff was very helpful and got vehicle in monthly range I wanted. Walked away with a beautiful machine w/low miles in the price range I wanted with all the features I wanted. Pictures on dealer website were very good and accurate and pricing was very fair. No BS dealer with great staff and good quality machines.

For what it's worth, I am in my 50s and have bought about 20 cars over my lifetime. I live in NY have bought cars online/remotely from FL, CA, UT, PA, OH and MA. I'm a particular fan of 1997-2001 Lexus ES 300s so I was very interested when a 2001 Lexus ES 300 showed up on Wheels Unlimited's website. The car listed at Wheels Unlimited had only 54k miles but the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay (having purchased more than 8 of these cars over the past 15 years, I knew what a good price was and, like every customer, I was hoping to get a better deal than what was listed on the website). Like everyone else, I tried to find customer feedback wherever I could... google, yelp, cars.com, facebook, cargurus, you name it... The fact that the overwhelming customer feedback was so good was both encouraging but also caused concern that the results might have been "scrubbed" or manipulated. The only negative comments I saw were from customers who said that the dealership was asking too much and unwilling to come down on price (no idea how much reduction they were asking, just that they were displeased with the unwillingness of the dealership to accommodate). Almost all of the responses gave high praise to John Steffens and the dealership for reasonableness and ultimate satisfaction in the transaction. Cars were listed responsibly and accurately and the prices were consistent therewith. The asking price for the 2001 Lexus ES 300 that I was interested in was significantly higher than any of the figures I could find from Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, NADA or any other online valuation tool. From an online perspective, pictures of the car looked immaculate and the overall condition was impeccable but I have had bad deals before. I called John and asked about the car and he told me it was excellent. I believed what he said because everything about him is very professional and honest, but was still a bit apprehensive because the car was more expensive than any of the others I purchased previously. Bottom-line is that although I was apprehensive in buying an older car without seeing it first-hand, I trusted John's description and the way he worked with me to accommodate my flight into Chicago and bus ride to Valparaiso. I've never been more delighted! The car was even better than John described - truly immaculate! John is an excellent salesman and I actually trust him completely. Not only would I do this deal 1000 times out of 1000, I would actually consider commissioning him to purchase other cars for me because he truly cares about the cars he sells and the folks to whom he sells them. The fact that he did not come down on price as much as I would have liked is not a negative, it's just quite reasonable because the cars are so good. I think that they spend time selecting only a few cars that they can represent with good conscience as opposed to flooding the lot and selling a poor product from time to time. The fact that they prescreen their offerings so conscientiously makes me want to buy from them again and again - unfortunately for me, 1997-2001 Lexus ES 300s like the one I got don't come around too often. To whatever extent such customer feedback can help you in your decision, know that I sincerely loved buying this car from John/Wheels Unlimited and am stating that I believe you can trust him/them as well. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. Agent Keith greeted me when I pulled in for service. He asked me to step inside and would be there in a minute after checking my VIN and mileage. He helped me locate my rewards number on my phone and went over the prices for my oil change, tire rotation and new battery. Later when I was in the waiting area, Keith informed me that 30,000 mile maintenance needed attention. I agreed to the two services recommended and was still out of the dealership in around two and a half hours. Keith processed my 10% discount and informed me of a $20 rebate for the new battery. He explained the process for requesting the rebate online. I highly recommend Garber Chevy for their sales and service. I have bought three cars here and am willing to drive the seven miles to Garber even though there are Chevy dealers in Lansing, Ill where I live that I no longer deal with if possible. The other dealership will always ask me three to four times if I would like to trade my car in or do I want to look at new car models. I don't like that, if I want to look at a car or want a trade-in, I'll ask. Go see Garber and you will be surprised!
