Alberto Rodriguez, Sales Consultant, treated me very professionally during my buying experience at Dadeland Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Miami, Florida. I bought a 2018 Chrysler 300 Limited and Alberto explained in detail the features of the car before and after the closing of the transaction. He knew the car very well and discussed with me all my questions which were many. He told me that even after the delivery of the car, I could call him on his cell phone for more questions or concerns and I did call him more than a couple of times receiving the same good treatment and service as from day one. I believe that Alberto is an asset to this dealership and I will recommend him to my family, relatives, and friends when looking to buy a car.

I purchased on April 2nd, I gave this place a four because of my sale person Dante Sarno, he is the best sales person to go to, he goes above and beyond to have a happy and satisfied customer. I brought in my Ram 1500 to repair a totally dead HVAC system and the technician quickly determined the bad parts. Angelo Gamundi, the service advisor contacted me for approval, advising me the one part would take several days to come in. He was very responsive when I contacted him for an update and when the part came in early he quickly arranged the install and contacted me to advise when I could pick up the truck. The only real negative was that a service tech left an empty drink cup in one of the drink holders.
