What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

I went to CDJR of Utica where I met Jarred Kraszewski. We told him I was interested in a Jeep I saw online. Jarred took a copy of my license and had the vehicle ready to drive in seconds. He was polite and extremely friendly. CDJR took in my old car on a trade which shocked me. We ran numbers and well they got me near my payment. I would recommend CDJR of Utica and Jae to everyone. They make you feel like family. Like you actually mean something to them that I wasn’t just another deal.

My 2022 Maxima got totalled and I was heartbroken. Not only did CDJR Utica have the exact same make, model, and color but I even got it with less mile. I worked the deal with Tyler Coughlin and was thouroughly impressed by both his commitment and his responsiveness. I live 2.5 hours away so everything had to be done remotely. He helped me through every step of the process and had everything in place to get me in and out quickly when I came to pick up the car. He answered the phone anytime i called, kept in touch through text messages and emails and made this a great experience. His personality was upbeat, kind, and caring. Was in need of a pick-up truck , shopped all my local dealers ,and no one had anything close to my needs.Went online to search the country. The red Ram 1500 classic with regular cab , 5.7 hemi, 20 inch chrome rims , class 4 tow hitch was found .. One problem its 211 miles away . Called and spoke to Steve Ross , asked if the price was true and yes it was .No games , he made the buying process pain free. Towing was a major point to make sure the truck was the right one, before taking a deposit he checked the Vin number with Ram and got the true towing weight , it was perfect .. Ran the credit card , then the process of wiring money and receiving all the paper work I needed to get insurance and registration was very quick sent overnight from a New York dealership to my home in Massachusetts ..Truck was then shipped and delivered right to my front door step, in perfect clean condition . None of that B.S. of " I have to go talk to my manager " . Main Motor Car price was so good that with the 500.$ shipping added on it was still the best price then anyone local had and it was the exact truck I was looking for . At 53 years of age and not very computer savvy Steve made the process pain free and took photos the whole step of the way ...I made a friend out of this purchase , How many people can say that ..Still waiting for my local dealerships to call me with what I wanted ...
