What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

As stated in the May 2, 2019 review, Jorge was amazing to work with. I was not actually in the market to buy a new car, but accidentally ran across one they had, contacted the dealership to inquire and ended up being glad I did. Jorge and sales manager, Rick did everything to make a trade easy and convenient and I received a fair deal. Working in the industry I do, taking lengthy phone calls during the day are not the easiest. We negotiated the deal mostly, not all, but mostly, electronically through text and email which I greatly appreciated. I was able to get to their dealership on a Saturday morning, sign all documents, and get back on the road quickly. (We live 4 1/2 hours away.). Again, they did all they could to make the transaction easy and convenient. Would definitely do business with them again.

I purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here about 5 years ago,and still drive it today. It is a great vehicle,and i have had no issues with it. The service department is good,and has always treated me with respect and do a quality job. I will most certainly buy another vehicle from them.

He explained all the features in detail and made certain I had no questions prior to my leaving with my new used 2019 Dodge Truck Durango. Best car buying experience of my life... I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles and, while almost none were truly bad experiences, all pale in comparison to this one. Working with Shawn Ware and Randy Dugan was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever been through. I sent an inquiry via the website and got an immediate response from Shawn. Asked him for a few pictures and he texted them to me quickly. Sent him details about my trade-in vehicle and got a fair trade-in value from him very quickly and without any haggling. Asked for an actual deal sheet and he emailed me one within minutes (if you've never bought a car remotely getting an actual deal sheet sent to you is usually nearly impossible). I've used both Vroom and Carvana in the past and while I would be willing to use Carvana again I'd rather just call Shawn; it was a simpler and more pleasant experience. Once I was ready to do the deal Randy called to go over the specifics on the financials and, for the first time ever in my experience talking to finance managers, didn't try to do the hard sell on the extended warranties. He told me he had a couple of options and asked (yes asked!) if I wanted to know about them. Got him in touch with the loan officer at the credit union I used for the loan and he took it from there. To top it all off they delivered my new truck and picked up my trade-in for free to my home 250 miles away from their dealership. Total time from asking for some pictures to truck sitting in my driveway was less than 24 hours. Next time I'm in the Longview area I'll make a point to stop in and meet Shawn and Randy in person. Great experience all the way around.

Gregory Michael was a good, solid, well knowledged Service Representative. I had had a poor experience with JEEP in Gilroy so I tried this JEEP Service Center in Santa Cruz. Boy, what a difference! Amazing customer service. I worked with Brandy on the phone and online, and Kayla when I arrived. We had negotiated a great price on the new vehicle O selected, as well as my trade prior to my arrival. Financing was completed as well. I arrived and was done and out the door in under 30 minutes. This dealership and its staff far exceeded any vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced or imagined. I have already referred a friend to the dealership, and will purchase my next vehicle here. Great people. I don’t see how you could go wrong here.
