What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

My wife and I decided I needed a used car December 12th 2019 Sands was the only place we were going but didn't want to share that information when we walked in I guess sometimes you need to keep people guessing. You know my wife and I have bought many new cars and it was the keep you here for 6 hours,disappear with registration,we can't give you numbers unless you commit to buy game. Well completely different was greeted by Greg a salesman ask what I was looking for we told he he graciously walked outside started the car came back in gathered so simple information at this point they had our business didn't show hand just yet Greg stated car was warm we would all take a ride. Closing the deal was actually pretty fast he presented Matt the sales manager paperwork Greg came back and said car is yours ,I mean it wasn't longer then 3-5 minutes from when Matt ran my wife's credit we had decision with amazing intrest rate. We were passed on to Rose a real sweetheart who had the wonderful job of taking care of all the paperwork God Bless Her, we chose to add gap insurance and I think with used cars an extended warranty doesn't hurt either take it from me I always get used the wife gets new lol.Rose spent maybe 30-45 minutes if that and I walked around thanked Matt,and Greg for making this the best experience ever. My only regret is I didn't realize they had 3 lots until the following day with so many used cars I may have bought something different and spent more but I'm happy. To all who helped us have a blessed holiday and my wife and I will be back to trade her car in on a new one.

Went in looking for a CPO vehicle with AWD or 4wd, heated seats, and a little ground clearance. I ended up getting a '26 Trailblazer. This is my first new vehicle! So far I'm satisfied with it after putting a little over 1,000 miles on it. It was such a pleasant experience that my daughter and I went back a month and a half later and she bought a car! Alex went above and beyond. He was courteous and patient with all our questions and concerns. He fully disclosed all the information for our new/used Ford 2005 F150. The truck is so much better than we expected for the price. We had just been in a major accident and lost our work vehicle and even with knowing this we never felt pressured or manipulated into a sale. All and all a great experience! Thank you guys!

My experience today (10/23/2025) at ReedmanTOLL was outstanding. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, however, prior to my arrival the check engine light activated. This issue was explained to the personnel at the service area. The information was recorded and given to Mr. David Grimes, Service Advisor. Mr. Grimes explained that a recent ?Software Flash? update was available for the code that caused the engine light to activate. The Flash update was uploaded to my vehicle and it appears that the issue has been corrected.

Matt was very helpful in buying our new car. He explained features of the car very well and walked us through the purchase process. We did not feel any pressure during our purchase.
