What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

Bought a 2026 Ram 2500 after searching online. They had it ready to test drive when we arrived, and purchasing was a seamless easy experience compared to other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life. The people were very nice and no high pressure tactics. The salespeople I dealt with were interested in me being happy throughout the process of purchasing a new vehicle.

Service was very good.. I was a little surprised by the bill because when I explained the problem the service manage said it was probably the fuse blown even before someone looked at the truck. The service manage was correct and my bill for a 10amp fuse was $145. I would think they would have checked the fuse first which would have only taking about 15 minutes.
