Absoutely love the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4, but especially the added equipment on the Sterling edition . I wish they had not made any changes to the 2022. This is my favorite vehicle ever.

Traveling from New Orleans to Houston we picked up a piece of road debris which punctured one of our tires. We fortunately made it off the highway to Community Honda who evaluated and notified us the tire would have to be replaced. Not having a replacement tire in stock, Service Advisor Naama Loya went above and beyond by locating a tire at another dealership across town, sending someone to retrieve it, securing a rental vehicle, and bringing us to the rental agency to ensure we would make our scheduled event in Katy on time. Furthermore, she kept us updated via text and arranged all the paperwork so that we could retrieve our vehicle early the next morning. Thanks Naama.....you're a huge value to your dealership.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

I went to the dealership and didn’t expect to leave with anything. I was helped by Elizabeth and she worked some type of magic for me. I had a trade in and was given more then I could ever have imagined. Liz was very attentive even though she was working with 2 other customers. Although I was obviously nervous about going from a truck to a car, she was very patient friendly and understanding. When we went on test drives, she explained every detail of the car. I ended up driving out with a 22 Honda Accord. I would absolutely, positively, 100% recommend Liz Schaefer to put you in an amazing vehicle.

Love my GC 80th Anniversary Edition. A little over 15K miles and she’s been in the shop 2 times now with a squeaking coming from the engine. Tensioner rod and idle sensor were replaced first, they had it for almost a month. alternator was just replaced, they had it for a week. Picked her up last night, drove her this morning and it’s still squeaking! Very frustrated but hoping to get her fixed!

I already owned this vehicle when I took it in for service. But. I love the vehicle. I haven't had any major problems with my Jeep Summit

Took my car in for routine oil change service. I had some issues and concerns and he took care of it all. Bernardo took the time to listen to me. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. I got extra service done according to my warranty. All was good. My only concern is the time it take to get this service done. it too long of a wait. Other than that everything was excellent.

I've owned many cars and also been through a lot of leases.After financing a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I figured i needed a safety technology upgrade and leased a 2018 JGC High Altitude. I fell IN LOVE with this car. I normally trade or sell a car within 2 years, but i couldn't see myself giving it up. I ended up buying my lease out and haven't regretted it for a SECOND. It's a gorgeous car, reliable, and comfortable with every bell and whistle except auto pilot.

April was great at getting us in quick, but finance took quite some time. Once I got to Hamida though, she and April made sure to get me out ASAP. We got a nice car, with low mileage, for a decent price.

This vehicle met all of my needs. Excellent handling in the snow with the Snow setting. It’s a great car to drive in the summer as well. Dual sunroof and cooled seats.

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I bought my used 2017 limited around christmas of 2022. Its now may of 23 and i cannot believe how much i like this thing. Always been a ford truck guy but for a great all arounder....this jeep cannot be beat. I got the 3.6L V6, has alot more giddy up then you would expect, tows my 4200lb trailer with ease, and in my daily driving i average around 22mpg. Snow/off road performance is excellent...its not a 78 Bronco but for a modern SUV its very capable. 10inches of slushy snow riding on street tires it ate it up and asked for more. Its comfortable, drives good, and ive put 7000mi on since december with not so much as a hiccup. Reccommend to anyone looking for an SUV.

I love my jeep! I have reached the 110k mark and there have been no issues with my jeep. I ensure to do the regular maintenance and keep it running like new. There's a reason why the resale value on jeeps is high :) The interior is comfortable and gives you a feeling of luxury without the crazy high price tag. Honestly the only downside to having a jeep is the mpg, but that is what you get with a jeep:)

This truck has what I need. I needed a 4x4 vehicle in order to not get stuck in the winter and this truck will definitely help.

This vehicle by far is the top of line in the Jeep category. It is the first Jeep vehicle to come out with a diesel engine. It performs outstanding & has plenty of pep and gets good fuel mileage. It is towable if you own a motor home as I do, you can tow it with all wheels on the ground. You can not Tow It On A Tow Dolly. I would recommend this vehicle to everyone who wants to off road or highway driving.

Technology in this vehicle is awesome. I got the Summit edition with Uconnect package. Through the APP I can forward addresses to the Jeep GPS for showing clients homes to sell. Saves me time!
