Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

I have that car and I’m happy with it. Yes it have some problems, need some care, you can just go to speedway and fuel up it would be your last fuel up with diesel on speedway. To previous review: I bought the car with 185000 miles. After I fuel up at speedway 😁, I sen car to dealership. They replace entire emission system with brand new. No problems after that. Just fuel up at good stations, I prefer Sheetz or BP or shell. About $300 oil changes: I do my oil changes by my self: 2, 5 quart oil canisters and $25 filter and it’s don for $75. I change oil every 5k miles. About fuel filters: I do it by myself too. So 2 filters on Amazon for $17-25 and you have done it for $35-50. I change them every 20k miles.

As I read, don't buy unless you can work on it. Plenty of things broke, but the parts are cheap if you can work on it. All four interior door handles broken, but all four replacements were $40, I put them in. Starter motor bad, $160 and very difficult to install, but did it. Exhaust manifold to engine gasket bad. $20 and very difficult to install. Rubber gators over CV joints, cheap, but very hard to install. Advice: watch Youtube video's, take your time, and don't get aggravated, I told you its difficult...Plus all the plastic fasteners and parts are dry and brittle after 17 years.

We just bought a 2023 JGC Limited for my wife. I had to decide whether to trade in my 2015 Caravan with 50K miles, or her 2011 JGC Limited with 93K miles. Which would you decide to do? I chose to keep the Jeep and I think I made the right choice. The Jeep has the Hemi and fully loaded. We bought it new in 2011 and she treated it with much love. She had a few minor problems and it looks like new. My plan is to keep her to 200K+ miles. I love the 2011 style even better than her new '23. And there is the HEMI. I would not hesitate to buy a used JGC with the Hemi engine, BUT it would have to be a one owner with service records.

The moment I walked through the door, I knew this was the dealership for me. First things first, no pressure! I was braced to be swarmed as soon as I walked. But no, just a wide selection of vehicles, chill sales people and most importantly no pressure to buy. I told them the car I wanted to test drive. They copied my license, gave me the keys and plates and sent me on my way. The car was perfect with a few items to be addressed. They resolved all issues without any pushback. I bought my 2011 Overland used in 2018 with 136K. I've owned a '90 Comanche, 92 Cherokee, and 98 Grand Cherokee along with several other vehicles since the 80s. The only 'regret' is that my Jeep has the V6, not the V8. My next Jeep will have a V8, though I doubt I will upgrade to the Trackhawk, maybe an SRT. I did have to replace the oil cooler housing as it cracked and started leaking antifreeze, and the oil pressure sensor failed twice. I have almost 200K on it now. I've taken a few ~4500 mile road trips and at speeds up to 110mph, mileage averaged 22 mpg on each of those road trips. I get about 14 on average due to driving in town with a lead foot. I don't baby any vehicle I own when it comes to getting from point A to point B. Light turns green, I go. I've already been scanning traffic, so I don't have to scan AFTER the light turns green as many drivers evidently do, I'm already situationally aware. Translation: jack rabbit starts are the norm, not the exception. I was a bit wary of the 3.6l, having owned 4.0l Jeeps up until this one. I 'wasted' money on an extended warranty as I wasn't sure how well this Jeep would hold up, what with the quadra-lift and all the other bells and whistles, especially with 136K already on it.

No bulbs for heater control knobs LED have to change whole heater control system to get new lights that they shortly went out why not just put bulbs in there. But no they Saturday and LED bulbs . Problem with seatbelts Frayed through like they were cut. After a while you’ll have to push the red button on the seatbelt connector to get it to seat. Passenger side keeps dinging if somebody says they’re with a seatbelt on? Spare tire under Jeep you have to take the spare tire down if you want to spray and clean up there and if you don’t it will rust I used to get under the car wash and it still wouldn’t get up on top of the spare tire. water pump failed at 140,000 miles. Control arms were out another front linkage. Flush lug nuts if they break in Half the cost about $150 to get them chiseled out take them off and put regular Chrome Lugnuts on them .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I first got this car it had a lot of brake problems but I do recommend this car it really fun for road trips and other fun things!!

The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. It’s plush with features and luxury items. Love the looks, love the ride, love the comfort and love the low cost of ownership. Jeep lives up to its name and fame.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

Purchased new in 2007. Have 40,000 miles Like NEW on the outside and inside. AV needed new refrigerant at 40,000 miles! Great car, the Summit. Best, of some 50 I have owned. I mean the VERY best. Will probably die with it . . . at age 86. Traditional and FREE recalls . Usually done as Chapman's in Payson (2 years ago we got 36" of snow).

Bought this SUV last week. My "new" 2012 JGC had 227,000 miles on it. The salesperson didn't know much about the Jeep, as it was a Ford dealership I had gone to. Two days later, I had to go for preparations to bury my son, over 800 miles away. I was very fearful, because I had this JGC that I had never driven before, and I was on this journey alone. I have seen so many cars with temp plates sitting on the side of the road, and was fearful mine could just be another one. Needless to say, the only 2 things I haven't liked about my vehicle transaction, is that there is no owners manual, and evidently the sensor for low fuel doesn't work. I knew about the owners manual before the purchase, but not the low fuel indicator. I will just fill up at 1/4 tank asI always have. LOVE, LOVE this vehicle.....stylish, comfy, and all the perks. Auto start and heated seats will surely be welcomed as winter can hit hard here in the midwest. So far, the best car I've had, and I've had a lot over the last 55 years!

I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.
