This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

They are very helpful and courteous, and with explaining exactly what the course of action is going to be to once again address your concerns and issues. Communications is excellent and forthcoming.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I have found that buying a certified used car from dealerships to be hit or miss, especially if you are looking for something particular. Once I found what my son and I were looking for on Cars.com, I was pleased with the customer service and professional job done by the Croton Auto Park team in showing me the vehicle, and answering all our questions after we took it for a test drive. A couple of days later we finished up the purchase, and now own a great commuter car for my son going to college. The whole process was stress-free. Croton now has a new customer for future purchases, and I think it is great they use Cars.com as one of their selling tools.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

We are very happy with our '21 GC Limited. It is well appointed, with many options, drives nice, comfortable and still sits higher, unlike a lot of other "car" SUV's. We use this as our only vehicle, and flat tow behind our motorhome. Jeeps are the best vehicles made to flat tow!! We have climbed dirt trails in the West and cruised coastal waterways. Love it.

I came from Poughkeepsie to look for a jeep. These guys were amazing to work with were honest. Made u feel very comfortable!! The showroom is very welcoming and warm. They make sure my visit was comfortable and didn’t keep me there longer than I should’ve. My salesman Romeo Deluca was wonderful. He made me feel like I knew what I was doing even though I didn’t. 2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

Best car dealer experience ever. I came in looking for a Bronco Outer Banks and Michael Rose did everything possible to help us. When we wanted a difficult to find color, he canvassed every dealer within 1000 miles to find the car. When he did find it, that dealer did not respond to him. He knew I really wanted that car so rather than try to direct me to another color, he encouraged me to buy the car directly with that dealer; he gave up the entire deal with me in order to make sure I was getting what i wanted. Not only that, he coached me through the deal and helped make sure I was getting the fairest and best deal I could get. I have never had such an honest, transparent and refreshing experience with a car sales person like that before...ever. He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. When I went to pick it up it somehow looked even better. As I read, don't buy unless you can work on it. Plenty of things broke, but the parts are cheap if you can work on it. All four interior door handles broken, but all four replacements were $40, I put them in. Starter motor bad, $160 and very difficult to install, but did it. Exhaust manifold to engine gasket bad. $20 and very difficult to install. Rubber gators over CV joints, cheap, but very hard to install. Advice: watch Youtube video's, take your time, and don't get aggravated, I told you its difficult...Plus all the plastic fasteners and parts are dry and brittle after 17 years.

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!
