We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

my wife and i came in to look at the mini cooper we saw online and we were very happy with the service we were given. From the time of first contact with danny we were very happy so happy with windy city motors that my wife made the purchase of a 2007 mini cooper convertible. I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited in 2018 I love jeeps this is my 3rd one it is now 2022 the only problems I have really encountered with the car are mostly run of the mill the water pump went out which is normal and I had a starter go out which is also a normal for a vehicle with a 100,000 plus miles The only problem I had that kind of sucked was the transmission speed sensor when out when me and my girlfriend were on vacation in Michigan The car will go into safe mode which only allows you to go about 27 miles an hour, I would caution anybody that would be buying one for Winter driving that these cars drive so nice in the Winter that you can get overconfident and drive too fast because they handle excellent in the snow My basic philosophy is drive it like it's only 2 wheel drive One other issue I have recently had is that I have a check engine light on I read the code on it and it says that a temperature in variance was detected I am thinking about getting a different car as the different car as this car has now 201,000 miles on it I may get another Jeep I'm not sure I'm looking the other sensor that has triggered is electronic throttle control the car is not behaving funny it's not overheating so I'm not really going to worry about it

I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

I have that car and I’m happy with it. Yes it have some problems, need some care, you can just go to speedway and fuel up it would be your last fuel up with diesel on speedway. To previous review: I bought the car with 185000 miles. After I fuel up at speedway 😁, I sen car to dealership. They replace entire emission system with brand new. No problems after that. Just fuel up at good stations, I prefer Sheetz or BP or shell. About $300 oil changes: I do my oil changes by my self: 2, 5 quart oil canisters and $25 filter and it’s don for $75. I change oil every 5k miles. About fuel filters: I do it by myself too. So 2 filters on Amazon for $17-25 and you have done it for $35-50. I change them every 20k miles.

The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. It’s plush with features and luxury items. Love the looks, love the ride, love the comfort and love the low cost of ownership. Jeep lives up to its name and fame.

One of the best vehicles I have ever owned! Dependable, lots of features, stylish, fun to drive on and off road. A vehicle you can enjoy and be proud of!

As I read, don't buy unless you can work on it. Plenty of things broke, but the parts are cheap if you can work on it. All four interior door handles broken, but all four replacements were $40, I put them in. Starter motor bad, $160 and very difficult to install, but did it. Exhaust manifold to engine gasket bad. $20 and very difficult to install. Rubber gators over CV joints, cheap, but very hard to install. Advice: watch Youtube video's, take your time, and don't get aggravated, I told you its difficult...Plus all the plastic fasteners and parts are dry and brittle after 17 years.

Bought this SUV last week. My "new" 2012 JGC had 227,000 miles on it. The salesperson didn't know much about the Jeep, as it was a Ford dealership I had gone to. Two days later, I had to go for preparations to bury my son, over 800 miles away. I was very fearful, because I had this JGC that I had never driven before, and I was on this journey alone. I have seen so many cars with temp plates sitting on the side of the road, and was fearful mine could just be another one. Needless to say, the only 2 things I haven't liked about my vehicle transaction, is that there is no owners manual, and evidently the sensor for low fuel doesn't work. I knew about the owners manual before the purchase, but not the low fuel indicator. I will just fill up at 1/4 tank asI always have. LOVE, LOVE this vehicle.....stylish, comfy, and all the perks. Auto start and heated seats will surely be welcomed as winter can hit hard here in the midwest. So far, the best car I've had, and I've had a lot over the last 55 years!

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

I love so much Jeep cars and they are reliable and heavy duty, my concern is about lights I offen replace them, oil cooling system, shocks and water circulation. Other that this is a number 1 car. I love it.

Had a very good experience working with Sebastian. Got a fair price. Had an issue right away with the Honda Odyssey. Engine light went on but the problem was solved immediately. Turned out the oil was a little low. It was a used car. Machines are never perfect and almost anything can be fixed.

Purchased my 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo with 87,200 miles and am proud to say this Jeep is the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. At 192,500 miles and it still runs beautifully and has withstood New England weather.

This Jeep is very responsive. plenty of room in the hatch with or without the seats down. The seats are comfortable and the moon roof is wonderful .
