I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

Golden Circle Chevrolet Lexington does it right.
I bought my 2022 Trailblazer from Mike Cunningham at Golden Circle Chevrolet in Lexington. We had to order my vehicle since they weren't in stock. Mike kept me updated when it was built and when it went to the staging area prior to delivery. Mike had my paperwork ready for signatures when I arrived. It was seamless from beginning all the way through finance.
Natural upgrade choice
Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye
The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

I'll never go anywhere else
In my almost 70 years, I've purchased several trucks and cars and have learned to detest dealing for a car. But Helms was a different story. There was absolutely no pressure and they worked hard to give me what I wanted when I bought my certified Ram. They did everything for me. I just had to get into the truck and drive away. I will go back to Helms for my next truck. They are my dealership! I dealt with Jamie Joyner who is excellent at her job. Before I drove out, she made sure I knew how to work all aspects of the truck. She knows her way around a truck and answered all my questions. Steve owns the company and was right there helping her. Excellent is all I can say about the experience.

True Hometown Service
I was looking for a new Jeep for my birthday. The people at Helms truly treated me like they wanted to put me in the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford, rather than just making a sale. They went above and beyond to make this a great present for myself.
all new 4x4 Grand Cherokee
Second lease on a Grand Cherokee. Different than my 2021 in many ways. The all wheel drive makes the steering more sensitive. Tricky parking brake and much smaller layout of gauges in dash. No Sirius satilitte radio. Seats are harder. Overall better than the 2021.

Amazing Customer Service and Service Department
As I travelled through the State of Tennessee, I stopped to refuel. Suddenly, gas began to spill out through the bottom of my new Jeep Gladiator High Altitude edition. I was low on fuel and an internet search erroneously led me to a Jeep dealership many miles away. I contacted this dealership and explained to the receptionist that I was stranded, low on fuel and described the vehicle’s problem. Furthermore, I explained that I was en route to Texas to see my mother who had been placed in Hospice. Despite my circumstances, coupled with being loyal to the brand as we own to other new Jeep products, the receptionist advised me that they could schedule me for an appointment in May. That’s right May. Suffice it to say that when all hope was lost, I turned to a nearby diesel garage. Although the mechanic was unable to assist me, he recommended me to the Helms Motor Co. I called and spoke to Todd in the Service Department. Todd assured me that I had enough fuel to drive to his location and not to worry as he was confident that they could diagnose and repair the vehicle. When I arrived, Todd asked Keith to help me. Within minutes, my Gladiator was on the lift, the rear wheel was off and the inner plastic wheel well liner was removed exposing the problem. It seems that the section that connects the fuel filler pipe to the gas tank had come loose. The problem was immediately repaired and covered under the factory warranty. At a time where customer service seems to be nonexistent, the Helms Moto Co. showed me that a customer service oriented dealership still exists. Clearly, Helms employs kind, considerate, family-oriented people that are willing to go that extra mile to help someone in need. As a car and motorcycle enthusiast, I highly recommend this dealership and it’s service department. Thank you to the Helms Motor Co; specifically Todd and Keith for getting me back on the road.
My opinion of 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.
