bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

Contacted this dealership about a Buick Lacrosse was paired with salesman Nubar. After explaining my bad experience with previous dealership he assured me he would do everything he could to make this a better experience. After about a week of negotiations we finally came to terms we could both live with. He went above & beyond and He was very patient and answered all my questions. Between Nubar,Gunner & kiefer They really went out of their way from start to shipping. Once I received the car two days later it was as advertised. This dealership was spot on. New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

Besides the hefty amount of recalls in the first year, overall has been the best Jeep I’ve owned. Super comfortable, very reliable in weather conditions. Can sit in it for 6+ hours a day without my back hurting (I have a rod in my back). Traded a hellcat for more comfort. It was worth it. Probably best adult decision I’ve made. Does pretty well on gas. (3.6L) I get about 584 range, sometimes 598 depending on how traffic is. However the interior could have been constructed of better materials. (Steering wheel stitching came lose but covered under warranty). Had it since end of March 23 with 25k miles already. No huge issues, never had to worry about screen issues (like what I’ve heard about 21-22 models). I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for an upgrade from previous body style GC, bigger suv with legroom, and enjoyable drive. I test drove a RAV4, CR-V. Ended up buying a 23 Jeep. Most vehicles in the market don’t have the technology the Jeep has. Toyota is a few years behind (& the road noise is unbearable), CR-V doesn’t have enough pep in its step ( Also the interior gives off impoverished/ barely any enjoyable features and buttons. Jeep is perfect. I love how a lot of options are in the screen but also below the screen. Not too cluttered.

Vince did a great job as our sales rep. Mark did his best to get us the price that we wanted. This is the third Jeep that we have purchased from Palmen.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

Did everything as explained with no surprises. Work was done in a timely manner! Found a repair I was unaware of and took care of it saving me a future problem.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

Shelby was Our sales person and he sold my wife and I each a new car it was a great experience not like I've had at other dealerships( Ziegler Hyundai) so if you're looking to buy a Kia go see Shelby you won't be disappointed

I travel alot and rent a lot of cars so i review for possible purchasers. I give the grand cherokee a 8 out of 10. Truck feels very confident and rides well. Id consider purchasing one if it wasnt for one thing…. This car is WAY to heavy for a natrually aspirated V6! The 3.6 is very sluggish and cannot get out of its own way. They need to put a twin turbo in it. Otherwise i would have rated it a 10. Other than slow get up and go… its a winner.

Lynch and their entire team is amazing. It is very clear that some people here (and on other sites) are more worried about trolling other people / people’s businesses than they are worried about themselves. If you actually understand that dealers have to make a little money to stay in business, then all is well. If you are one of the miserable “whiny” customers out there then just work on it yourself or buy it on-line!

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

Seriously the best car buying experience I could ask for. Cars.com has little info so when I reached out to the dealer they sent me the link to the dealership website. Had the carfax actually posted on the site and easy to reference/compare. I reached out to say I was interested and was linked up w/ Omar. He was super friendly and understanding, knew what I was looking for/the type of customer I was, and def made the entire process pain free. He answered my questions, I never felt pushed into trying something else or adding things I didn’t want, and when i told him I was paying cash he didn’t bat an eye (I’ve been to other places where they actually tried to convince me financing was the “best way to go” and it’s annoying). He gave me the “out the door” price and even had the car parked out front so I could hop straight into the test drive and not have to worry about someone snaking the car from under me before I got there (he could tell I was worried living 1.5 hours away and not getting their until the next day that someone might grab the car, reassured me it would be there when I showed up). I even had to delay showing up by like 4 hours and he didn’t once make me feel stressed about it and it would be there when I got there. Once I got there this place was a well oiled machine and everything about the dealership/employees screamed friendly and helpful. Me and my friend joked about maybe this place would be a corner dealer shack with beaters out front, but this place was immaculate. Everything from Honda’s to Ferrari’s and even some UTV’s. Omar told me what the process was going to be and the moment I sat down he spelled out the steps that would happen and about how long the process was. The place wasn’t busy when I got there but 10 minutes into me sitting down the place got several customers. Even though they were busy, Omar made sure my stuff was taken care of, and he processed and signed my paperwork before he did anything else for other customers. Made me feel like I was his top priority even though I know he had to be dealing with at least a couple other customers. He even thought of the small stuff, like making sure my mailing address was up to date because it was different than on my drivers license (so that my permanent tags/title wouldn’t go to the wrong address). I genuinely hate the process of buying a car, but Omar could sense that and he made the whole thing actually enjoyable. First time I can say that about car buying haha. No b.s. after the test drive I was in and out of the place in 28 minutes. I didnt ever feel rushed, they let me drive as long as I wanted and didn’t make me wait when I was done and ready to sign. I don’t normally like to commit to one place for something as big as a car purchase, but ENE Motors was transparent about the price/info, Omar was friendly understood and catered to me, and was easy to talk to. I was a priority the second I walked in to the second I left....All for a car that they were selling under the price of other dealers around. Pros: -Great deal with no hidden/outrageous fees -Transparent carfax/website/user info -Great staff that understand what customers want out of car buying -no pushy or sleazy upselling tricks/tactics -answered all questions and when I declined certain options, was not hassled or argued with -huge selection with wide variety -felt like a priority the entire time -Omar and the guy in finance were super easy to talk to -super streamlined buying process that doesn’t waste hours. Cons: Nothing crazy just the layout of the dealership is sort of confusing and it took me a minute to call/find out where to meet Omar at, but that was an easy fix. Seriously, I’ll be buying all my cars here for sure. Thanks Omar!

We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

When I got there, I was told that the asking price for the car had been increased by $2500 because of some work they had done with the safety systems. I could obtain no more detailed explanation. I ended up buying it based on the originally posted price. I was a bit disturbed, but I know it wasn't the idea of the salesman, but more the idea of the sales manager who knew I was very interested in the car. But the salesman was wonderful, as was the financing guy. (I ended up not getting the extended maintenance or their financing, but he never pushed a thing.) It's too far away for service but I'd go back there for a car1

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. It’s plush with features and luxury items. Love the looks, love the ride, love the comfort and love the low cost of ownership. Jeep lives up to its name and fame.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

John and I went to JUST LOOK at two trucks for John as he needed to get a new vechicle, as his truck he bought 7years ago from Jim O’Connor was rusting out and the air quit. We where interested in a truck they were working on getting safety checked. They let us wait until the truck was done and brought back and test drive it! 2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.
