We had an issue with the carpet in a new vehicle but they are working with Ford to address it. I was very satisfied with the service.

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

I purchased mine back in September. It’s much roomier than the Acura RDX I had. It rides smooth and extremely comfortable. Nice and roomy for road trips.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service.
