I was very impressed and delighted how I was treated throughout the process of acquiring my new Jaguar vehicle 3 weeks ago. I thank Jose Albanil, Sales Professional, for assisting me during this journey. Jose was very responsible and professional. He was very courteous upon my arrival to the dealership. He was always available to answer all of my questions. Never felt pressure by him into buying my new vehicle. Even after I acquired my vehicle , weeks later, Jose has been there to assist. As of today , I have no regret buying my new 2023 Jaguar vehicle. I also would like to thank Teres for being so pleasant during my stay at Land RoverJaguar North Scottsdale. I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.
