I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.

Love it, It has power and class! Could not ask for a better car, dealer or car salesman. My whole family love the car. I have been a Jeep girl a while now but I think this the best Jeep I have owned so far. Thank you Mike.

Originally went to dealer for a quote, but sales rep had exact vehicle I was interested in and was quite agreeable. So I purchased the vehicle. Staff was quite friendly & answered all questions.

The buying process was so easy. I was preapproved. We took care of most things over the phone. I came in. They had all the paperwork ready I signed and was out the door probably within 30 to 45 minutes

I bought my 2014 Chevy Sonic there new and since then they have kept it running like new. Their Sales people offer assistance without pressure, and the quality of their service department is fantastic. The treat their customers like family. The five star rating is too low for the satisfaction I've felt over the years.

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing my new Kia Carnival from Ron Tonkin Kia. Josh, my salesman, was very friendly and down to earth and was very patient with all my questions and showing me the features I was interested in. We had a good test drive and I knew this was the car for me. The dealership had one of the only two cars in the metropolitan area in the color and trim I wanted. Josh and one of the couriers even drove the half hour back to my home so that I could give him the check for the down payment and get the new car home. Rebecca in financing was a delight to work with and did everything she could to provide the terms I had hoped for.
