Not their fault they are busy with business. They were very kind and helpful with my issues. They discussed prices before performing anything on my vehicle. Highly recommend. David is PHENOMENAL! I had interactions with a number of staff and they were almost-all (Keith) Amazing! David made a stressful situation fun and enjoyable. He was helpful, knowledgeable, non-pressure-y and easy to talk to. He acknowledged my concerns and provided calming insights. The paperwork took longer than anticipated but he showed my daughter and I where to find snacks, offered us drinks and made the wait seem much shorter than it was. When we went for a test drive he pointed out various features, assigned my favorite station to #1 and offered to help pair my phone. He was open, honest about drawbacks and communicated clearly.

Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!
