Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep

Dealership was very nice and Louis was awesome to work with while negotiating our price. Also Alex was very nice and helpful during our time at the dealership finalizing the sale. I was very skeptical going into this sale because of many of the reviews I read online and the experience I had with other dealers leading up to find the car we were looking at this dealership. The only thing I would give slight criticism to was the length of time we were at this dealership, I felt like it could have moved along a little faster but hey, most car buying experiences are this way. With that said, the dealership looks amazing and from our experience was amazing. I would buy from them again.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. I just purchased a new jeep wrangler from route 18 auto.I have purchased many new vehicles,usually from local dealerships. This time I travelled about 50 miles to rt 18 auto. It was well worth the trip. My sales person was”Ali G” Givehchi and he made this a very pleasant sales experience. Great dealership,nice people.
