Thank you Ricky who was my service advisor, who always keeps me informed of anything going on with my car while it’s in the service department. Let’s me know every detail of my cars problem so it can get fixed or i can at least have knowledge of it.

Was a bit nervous that this vehicle would not be big enough for our family, but it has worked perfectly…plenty of room for all of us and our dog!

Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

Another dealership told me I would have to leave the car all day. At Eastchester Jeep I was out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. After many years of not waking into a dealership, my wife picked this one and saw a car she liked. The salesman was friendly and helpful, as was the sales manager. Everyone is courteous and professional. I’ll return for my next car.

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

Never thought I could say this, but I actually had a great car buying experience. Piero and Jeremy were professional, patiently answered all my questions and kept the process light and stress free. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking at buying a car.

Their service department is first rate led by Marco. I’d never trust them to buy a car again from them but I bring my car for service all the time!
