Excellent family vehicle! The third row still provided enough storage room in the back for groceries. You can lay it down and it has a significant amount of more storage room. Very comfortable and smooth ride!

The service people are efficient and come and tell you what.It's gonna cost before they tell the service technician to go ahead. Their waiting room is really nice and comfortable. It has a nice coffee machine and snacks n wi fi and electricity.So you can work. I would never recommend a Santa Fe And probably any Hyundai again because the programming of the locks and automatic emergency brake application, make it an unsafe vehicle.

I was on the search for a very specific vehicle in silver. I could find it no where in Michigan so I started looking into Ohio. I found Ken Ganley on line and called. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close...
