Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

Very efficient. I just got an oil change and inspection done. I was out within an hour. The service representative was friendly and the mechanic was good.

The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

People were very nice service was great, however they refuse to budge in their pricing so expect to pay what they ask.

I purchased mine back in September. It’s much roomier than the Acura RDX I had. It rides smooth and extremely comfortable. Nice and roomy for road trips.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Great improvement on previous model. Third row seat is terrific. Off road capable with luxury throughout. Big tech improvement over previous model with upgraded infotainment and digital display. Impressed with V6 given its capabilities & minimal noise in the cabin.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

My experience was phenomenal from pulling into the service bay to exiting after my service was complete. My service advisor was Robert Garcia and he was exceptional from start to finish. He made sure I understood the repairs needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work and my car was ready as promised. He is a real asset to the dealership.

Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) Experience buying my new Ford Ranger at Germain Ford was very good. Salesman Jean wasextremely nice to work with. Had a little delivery delay due to a part recall, but other than that, experience was fine. I ansolutely love the Ranger compared to my Honda Ridgeline!!!!!!

Purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland model. Has every option but the 5.8L engine, tow package and second row displays (entertainment, etc). There is so much I like about this Jeep and only one thing that is niggling (well maybe two). Fit,Finish,Quality is hard to surpass! Especially for the price ($69K). My son and daughter in-law drive Audi and BMW SUVs and they don't have all the options I have and they paid more. The Overland is a good value as you get standard some almost all the options. I LOVE the air suspension and how it will lift the body up depending on what mode you are in (and you can set manually the height) and then lowers to enable you to enter/exit the Jeep. I LOVE the "thermo vision". You can see up to 238 feet (according to the Jeep) and anything giving off heat will display on your driver console. Heavy rain, night driving, driving in fog, etc is no issue as you can see what is ahead of you if you can't see it through the windshield. All cars should have this. I LOVE the Heads Up display (again something that should be standard on all cars). I LOVE the front passenger display that is above the glove box. I especially love the NAV option where my wife can be looking at the same NAV I am seeing on the driver console and/or 10.5" center display. She can look for places (gas stations, places to eat, etc) and then send it to my NAV display with the routing. COOL! What I am not enamored with is the MPG. Averaging 23 MPG (town/highway/freeway traveling), BUT knew this going into getting the "L" with the V6 engine. THIS IS A LARGE Jeep! But, if I could not afford the gas prices (even now) I wouldn't bought it to begin with so....the other thing (which will be covered by warranty when I take it in for the first oil change) is that a couple of "buttons" on the center console display act "wonky" sometimes...like hit the Media button and nothing, hit is again and it says "Media button selected" and then hit it again to bring up the Media display (finally). It is the on "button" on the center console 10.5" display that acts up like this....oh, the Assist button in the overhead is not working right. Push it, center console display brings up the Roadside Assistant, Vehicle Check and another one I forget right now...you are suppose to select one of them and it calls a person up (sort of like ONSTAR but Jeep calls it Jeep Assist). Doesn't work (the SOS button does...don't ask me how I know.....). HOWEVER, you can select the Jeep Assist button on your 10.5" display and it brings up the Jeep Assist buttons and they work (will dial). Jeep Technical Service doesn't know why so will be a dealer resolution. There is so much more I can talk about on this Jeep. I love the ride! Can't say how much better than our 2016 Jeep Cherokee we had (traded it in). Jeep could get away with calling it a Jeep Gran Comfort vice Grand Cherokee. You have to go see one before you go look at BMW, AUDI, CADILLAC, TOYOTO, etc. Might change. your mind about what a Jeep can be (plus you get excellent off road mud/sand/snow/rock options with the 4x4.
