As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

Great experience went in to buy a new vehicle and come out with one. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish this would have been the first place I shop for. Because some of the other dealerships had very bad customer service.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

I didn't have a service appointment, appointment is dealership preferred though. I just drove in on a Saturday. After talking to service rep Miss Jessica, I was still able to get my oil changed. Had to wait a little bit but all turned out well. Thanks Miss Jessica.

Great improvement on previous model. Third row seat is terrific. Off road capable with luxury throughout. Big tech improvement over previous model with upgraded infotainment and digital display. Impressed with V6 given its capabilities & minimal noise in the cabin.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland model. Has every option but the 5.8L engine, tow package and second row displays (entertainment, etc). There is so much I like about this Jeep and only one thing that is niggling (well maybe two). Fit,Finish,Quality is hard to surpass! Especially for the price ($69K). My son and daughter in-law drive Audi and BMW SUVs and they don't have all the options I have and they paid more. The Overland is a good value as you get standard some almost all the options. I LOVE the air suspension and how it will lift the body up depending on what mode you are in (and you can set manually the height) and then lowers to enable you to enter/exit the Jeep. I LOVE the "thermo vision". You can see up to 238 feet (according to the Jeep) and anything giving off heat will display on your driver console. Heavy rain, night driving, driving in fog, etc is no issue as you can see what is ahead of you if you can't see it through the windshield. All cars should have this. I LOVE the Heads Up display (again something that should be standard on all cars). I LOVE the front passenger display that is above the glove box. I especially love the NAV option where my wife can be looking at the same NAV I am seeing on the driver console and/or 10.5" center display. She can look for places (gas stations, places to eat, etc) and then send it to my NAV display with the routing. COOL! What I am not enamored with is the MPG. Averaging 23 MPG (town/highway/freeway traveling), BUT knew this going into getting the "L" with the V6 engine. THIS IS A LARGE Jeep! But, if I could not afford the gas prices (even now) I wouldn't bought it to begin with so....the other thing (which will be covered by warranty when I take it in for the first oil change) is that a couple of "buttons" on the center console display act "wonky" sometimes...like hit the Media button and nothing, hit is again and it says "Media button selected" and then hit it again to bring up the Media display (finally). It is the on "button" on the center console 10.5" display that acts up like this....oh, the Assist button in the overhead is not working right. Push it, center console display brings up the Roadside Assistant, Vehicle Check and another one I forget right now...you are suppose to select one of them and it calls a person up (sort of like ONSTAR but Jeep calls it Jeep Assist). Doesn't work (the SOS button does...don't ask me how I know.....). HOWEVER, you can select the Jeep Assist button on your 10.5" display and it brings up the Jeep Assist buttons and they work (will dial). Jeep Technical Service doesn't know why so will be a dealer resolution. There is so much more I can talk about on this Jeep. I love the ride! Can't say how much better than our 2016 Jeep Cherokee we had (traded it in). Jeep could get away with calling it a Jeep Gran Comfort vice Grand Cherokee. You have to go see one before you go look at BMW, AUDI, CADILLAC, TOYOTO, etc. Might change. your mind about what a Jeep can be (plus you get excellent off road mud/sand/snow/rock options with the 4x4.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

This will be my fourth purchase from Drive Time SW Frwy. location. Always excellence in service, sales, inventory and delivery. Dre, my Salesperson is hooking me up now :)

My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.
