Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I really liked everyone there that we met. When I drove the Jeep home Steve even was talking about maybe trading the truck in later. Mike was really a great salesman, I would give him 6 stars.

Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Great improvement on previous model. Third row seat is terrific. Off road capable with luxury throughout. Big tech improvement over previous model with upgraded infotainment and digital display. Impressed with V6 given its capabilities & minimal noise in the cabin.

Was a bit nervous that this vehicle would not be big enough for our family, but it has worked perfectly…plenty of room for all of us and our dog!

Purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland model. Has every option but the 5.8L engine, tow package and second row displays (entertainment, etc). There is so much I like about this Jeep and only one thing that is niggling (well maybe two). Fit,Finish,Quality is hard to surpass! Especially for the price ($69K). My son and daughter in-law drive Audi and BMW SUVs and they don't have all the options I have and they paid more. The Overland is a good value as you get standard some almost all the options. I LOVE the air suspension and how it will lift the body up depending on what mode you are in (and you can set manually the height) and then lowers to enable you to enter/exit the Jeep. I LOVE the "thermo vision". You can see up to 238 feet (according to the Jeep) and anything giving off heat will display on your driver console. Heavy rain, night driving, driving in fog, etc is no issue as you can see what is ahead of you if you can't see it through the windshield. All cars should have this. I LOVE the Heads Up display (again something that should be standard on all cars). I LOVE the front passenger display that is above the glove box. I especially love the NAV option where my wife can be looking at the same NAV I am seeing on the driver console and/or 10.5" center display. She can look for places (gas stations, places to eat, etc) and then send it to my NAV display with the routing. COOL! What I am not enamored with is the MPG. Averaging 23 MPG (town/highway/freeway traveling), BUT knew this going into getting the "L" with the V6 engine. THIS IS A LARGE Jeep! But, if I could not afford the gas prices (even now) I wouldn't bought it to begin with so....the other thing (which will be covered by warranty when I take it in for the first oil change) is that a couple of "buttons" on the center console display act "wonky" sometimes...like hit the Media button and nothing, hit is again and it says "Media button selected" and then hit it again to bring up the Media display (finally). It is the on "button" on the center console 10.5" display that acts up like this....oh, the Assist button in the overhead is not working right. Push it, center console display brings up the Roadside Assistant, Vehicle Check and another one I forget right now...you are suppose to select one of them and it calls a person up (sort of like ONSTAR but Jeep calls it Jeep Assist). Doesn't work (the SOS button does...don't ask me how I know.....). HOWEVER, you can select the Jeep Assist button on your 10.5" display and it brings up the Jeep Assist buttons and they work (will dial). Jeep Technical Service doesn't know why so will be a dealer resolution. There is so much more I can talk about on this Jeep. I love the ride! Can't say how much better than our 2016 Jeep Cherokee we had (traded it in). Jeep could get away with calling it a Jeep Gran Comfort vice Grand Cherokee. You have to go see one before you go look at BMW, AUDI, CADILLAC, TOYOTO, etc. Might change. your mind about what a Jeep can be (plus you get excellent off road mud/sand/snow/rock options with the 4x4.

I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience buying a vehicle than when I bought our Jeep Wrangler on 12/17/2015. Lets face it, most of the time this is not the case. This dealership, specifically Rolando, my salesperson, and Marco, the sales manager, stepped up and met my request on pricing and add-ons with no pushback. I would send my friends, family, and strangers to this location. But the person who really turned the lemons into cold beer, was Leslie Cooper, the Finance Director. She could orcerstrata a class in customer service and professionalism. It was nothing short of spectacular! She was prepared, professional and informed from the moment I stepped into her office....and kinda funny! I will never purchase another vehicle from any another location, ever.

The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

Purchased a 2022 Summit Reserve L on March 2, 2022. The vehicle is a stunning piece of mastery. The V-8 is powerful, the ride is so comfortable and the front massage seats are wonderful on long drives. The quality of the interior is outstanding. At a price of $ 72,000, this vehicle is $ 17,000 less than the BMW X7 fitted with a V-6 no less. The dependability of this Jeep is higher that Mercedes Benz GLS and $ 21,000 less in price. Go for the top of the line Summit Reserve if you can afford it, though I test drove the Limited and found the results to be the same as the Summit Reserve...Jeep definitely has a winner here.

I went to multiple car dealerships and each time I spoke with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted a lease payment of $219.00 per month and when I went in to see the vehicle, the price changed to $419.00 per month!! On the verge of giving up and just keeping what I had, I looked one more time on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an inquiry in to Mohawk Honda and that's where everything changed!! A saleswoman named Amanda text me and asked a convenient time to call (which I appreciated because I work during the day). We ended up texting and I advised her of my price range and what type of car I was looking for and within an hour she sent me two leads on vehicles and included the warrantee information, the car fax, the service records and photographs! She answered every question honestly and always with my best interest in mind. When I said I was interested in one of the vehicles, she asked me to send photographs of my trade in, along with the registration information. Within one hour, I had a reasonable offer for my trade in and we made an appointment to look at the car the following day. I arrived early and she was ready!! She sat and went over all the information and got the car for me to test drive. I asked about one concern about the vehicle and she immediately said she would have the mechanics look over my concern. The car is beautiful and was everything Amanda described and promised. We went in to do the paperwork and there was no wasting of my time, she helped me transfer insurance, get the pay off on the trade in, went over the new vehicles information and I spent less than two hours to seal the deal. Every other dealership had me there for almost four hours and to be honest, with lots of empty promises. I have NEVER had this great an experience at a car dealership, where it felt like they had MY best interest in mind foremost. I liked that my interaction commenced with Amanda and then I was able to continue to work with her through the closing. She is absolutely down to earth, considerate and quite amazing. I watched the entire team of salespeople interact and they were all so helpful to each other, and genuinely friendly and happy. I never said "I have a Car Dealership" before, but I do consider them my Car Dealership and would start and end every vehicle search with them. Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.
