I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

went to purchase a new car last weekend and the overall experience was good. only hiccup was i made an appointment to see a car i liked and the car got sold right before i got there. now from there i still ended up getting the car i wanted but a better model and the process from there on out i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. everyone was nice and communicated well and even after the purchase they still reach out to make sure the car is running well and fixing me no problems.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Visited Raymond Chevrolet on 10/10/25 after texting with Blake. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Drew and he seemed to immediately know exactly why I was there. Pulled the car around that I wanted to look at and off we went on a test drive. Drew had more of a consultative approach rather than a high pressure approach which was definitely appreciated. The car drove great, yet my hopes weren’t high due to the fact that I have bad credit because of some stupid mistakes I made when I was young and haven’t spent the time/effort to repair yet. After a quick discussion with Drew upon our arrival back at the dealership, Jerry, the Used Car General Manager, came over to sit with me and he answered every single question I had written down (and there were around 15 of them!). At this point, they already knew my credit situation since I made them aware pretty early on. Instead of just going through the motions, EVERY single employee at Raymond Chevrolet took the time to make sure my questions were answered and ensure I had a great experience and I never felt less than or judged because of my credit situation. After Jerry answered all my questions, I wanted the car! I had previously been denied for an auto loan through a local credit union (even with offering a higher down payment than I did at the dealership). It didn’t take long at all and after a very short wait Jerry came over and approached me with his thumbs up, “we got you approved.” I was literally shocked….Sure, I didn’t get the best interest rate possible, but with my credit, simply getting an approval at all was amazing. At this time it was around 9:30 PM and the dealership closes at 9:00 PM. If there was an employee that was needed to make this happen for me that night, they hung tight and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. I want to give a special shout out to Janelle, the Customer Experience Manager. Janelle walked me through some very important Tesla specific topics and was very patient with me. The entire time I felt like I was being HELPED, not SOLD. Any “add-ons” were throughly explained and literally each one made sense with my situation (kids, first time Tesla owner, Chicago winters, etc.)… They offered me what I really needed, not just what they could make extra money on. Janelle made sure that I was clear on everything and then I wrapped up the process with the Sales Manager Cooper. Cooper made the signing process extremely easy and went above and beyond to make sure that what needed to get done, got done that night regardless of the time or any obstacles we encountered. At this point, I was extremely happy with my experience & it was time to head out at which time Jerry (manager) and Drew (sales person) escorted me from Antioch to Pleasant Prairie just so that I could take the vehicle home THAT NIGHT. Keep in mind, by the time we arrived in Pleasant Prairie, WI, it was at least 1:30 AM. My plan was to check out a vehicle so that I could then go look for a co-signor because I didn’t think I stood a chance of getting an approval; however, the folks at Raymond Chevrolet made it possible for me to make ONE trip to the dealership, purchase the vehicle ai wanted AND take it home that same day… All while going above an beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and having a great experience which I 100% did. IF YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOUR CREDIT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BUYING A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP, I URGE YOU TO VISIT MY NEW FRIENDS AT RAYMOND CHEVROLET AND JUST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO WHAT MANY PLACES JUST AREN’T ABLE TO - ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS (non-judgement environment, friendly and extremely helpful staff and even the ability to obtain an approval for financing for someone with POOR credit). Every aspect of the experience was on point and I highly recommend visiting Raymond Chevrolet if you’re in the market for a new vehicle and you want to avoid the high pressure sales tactics that we see too often at dealerships! Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

It wasn't the best, but not the worst. Mamagement is a little self indulged, they gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor by selling me a vehicle. Even thought I had the check the day after my initial visit, it took a week for deluvery, they didn't appear to care if it was delivered or not. The salesman, Arnulfo, was top notch!
