i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Barry is not only a true professional but also very approachable, friendly, attends to requests promptly and always returns a call. Everyone at Bolles is helpful, providing a stress-free experience. Their service department over the years has been beyond reproach; the customer service is excellent. I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

Overall, a good honest dealership. I had a predefined monthly spending limit and Josh worked his magic and got me the monthly payment to meet that number. His can-do attitude made this deal happen and got us the car. The finance manager Alex was also a pleasure to work with and made our car buying experience much less painful that I have experienced in past years with other dealers. There is no pressure from the sales team to buy and were up front with everything. No hidden agenda. I would recommend buying new or used vehicles from this dealer without hesitation and for that I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars.

Love my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland Reserve for hauling kids / traveling on vacation with dog included. All safety features work as expected and provide the extra level of comfort / safety we expect from a next generation vehicle.

Amazing customer service here! On and out with the car I wanted. Ashley is the best and helped every step of the way! Came back to have cross bars added and didn't have to worry about a thing. Ashley even stepped in to check on me and kept track of the car so I knew right when it was done!! So quiet and comfortable on the customer lobby, I was even able to get some work done!! The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

As a woman buying a vehicle on her own, we’ve all heard the horror stories. But my experience at Falveys was fantastic!! All questions were patiently answered even the ones that seemed silly in hindsight. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful! My salesman was TJ and he was very patient and polite. The people working congratulated me on my new Jeep! Worked also with a kind man named Greg to sign papers and one of the owners came out to see if everything was ok. Nothing could have been easier!

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.
