What can I say. Overall a great experience. They really enjoy what they do over here and the stock of cars is amazing!! One word of advice is make sure you check every small detail. The sales people can miss details and so can you. They move cars QUICK here and the sales reps on a Saturday seemed very busy!! The dealer had burgers and drinks to share with us while we waited which was awesome. Before I met the owner and his son, I was getting the feeling this was a family business, and it is! Really a great experience and awesome selection of cars. A++ dealer for used high end cars!

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail. Love my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Has plenty of room and lots of technology. Plenty of power and is doing great on gas mileage based on its size. Definitely recommend the vehicle!

Recently purchased an auto at Edison Infiniti. It was a very good experience. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Most important factor in the sale, however, was my salesperson Blake; who was just exceptional. Very knowledgeable on all the autos they sell, very friendly and goes out of his way to help the buyer. Even after the sale he set up the car Wi-Fi before I left. Strongly recommend if using Edison try using Blake for your purchase as he is the best.

Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

Great SUV with 3rd row seats and captains chairs in the middle. It drives so smooth for being a larger SUV. Surprisingly it has been great on gas for me. The exterior is so sleek and looks incredibly high end. The interior is true comfort and the Jeep brand has definitely thought of everything. This has been my favorite Jeep by far.

Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

Great improvement on previous model. Third row seat is terrific. Off road capable with luxury throughout. Big tech improvement over previous model with upgraded infotainment and digital display. Impressed with V6 given its capabilities & minimal noise in the cabin.

Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

The sales staff was very accommodating. They answered all our questions and we could tour the vehicles without feeling any pressure. Overall a great experience.

Purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland model. Has every option but the 5.8L engine, tow package and second row displays (entertainment, etc). There is so much I like about this Jeep and only one thing that is niggling (well maybe two). Fit,Finish,Quality is hard to surpass! Especially for the price ($69K). My son and daughter in-law drive Audi and BMW SUVs and they don't have all the options I have and they paid more. The Overland is a good value as you get standard some almost all the options. I LOVE the air suspension and how it will lift the body up depending on what mode you are in (and you can set manually the height) and then lowers to enable you to enter/exit the Jeep. I LOVE the "thermo vision". You can see up to 238 feet (according to the Jeep) and anything giving off heat will display on your driver console. Heavy rain, night driving, driving in fog, etc is no issue as you can see what is ahead of you if you can't see it through the windshield. All cars should have this. I LOVE the Heads Up display (again something that should be standard on all cars). I LOVE the front passenger display that is above the glove box. I especially love the NAV option where my wife can be looking at the same NAV I am seeing on the driver console and/or 10.5" center display. She can look for places (gas stations, places to eat, etc) and then send it to my NAV display with the routing. COOL! What I am not enamored with is the MPG. Averaging 23 MPG (town/highway/freeway traveling), BUT knew this going into getting the "L" with the V6 engine. THIS IS A LARGE Jeep! But, if I could not afford the gas prices (even now) I wouldn't bought it to begin with so....the other thing (which will be covered by warranty when I take it in for the first oil change) is that a couple of "buttons" on the center console display act "wonky" sometimes...like hit the Media button and nothing, hit is again and it says "Media button selected" and then hit it again to bring up the Media display (finally). It is the on "button" on the center console 10.5" display that acts up like this....oh, the Assist button in the overhead is not working right. Push it, center console display brings up the Roadside Assistant, Vehicle Check and another one I forget right now...you are suppose to select one of them and it calls a person up (sort of like ONSTAR but Jeep calls it Jeep Assist). Doesn't work (the SOS button does...don't ask me how I know.....). HOWEVER, you can select the Jeep Assist button on your 10.5" display and it brings up the Jeep Assist buttons and they work (will dial). Jeep Technical Service doesn't know why so will be a dealer resolution. There is so much more I can talk about on this Jeep. I love the ride! Can't say how much better than our 2016 Jeep Cherokee we had (traded it in). Jeep could get away with calling it a Jeep Gran Comfort vice Grand Cherokee. You have to go see one before you go look at BMW, AUDI, CADILLAC, TOYOTO, etc. Might change. your mind about what a Jeep can be (plus you get excellent off road mud/sand/snow/rock options with the 4x4.

I purchased mine back in September. It’s much roomier than the Acura RDX I had. It rides smooth and extremely comfortable. Nice and roomy for road trips.

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.
