I could never imagine owning a vehicle as large as the Grand Wagoneer but after driving it for 10 months, I really like it! There is ample room, it is powerful, the ride is very smooth and the driver visibility is without peer. When we have guests, we can all ride together and when there is light hauling to be done, it can all fit in the truck.

Didn't buy anything but they were on their game. Willing to do anything. Will keep them in mind in the future.

Absolutely love this truck, it’s quiet, under stated luxury that has amazing tech. Software has pretty regular updates. Total head turner and only a few on the road. I like the uniqueness.

I was able to look at all of the CarFax reports on vehicle history to have transparency on each of the vehicles I was interested in. I was able to find a great car thanks to Jairo, and my hats off to him for making it an easy and informative process in my car buying, even though he was new to the company. It was nice of him to share personal details to make the interaction more enjoyable and humanely! I appreciate this location’s flexibility on car showings, I had to come back 3 separate days to finish looking through cars between a busy work schedule. The front desk rep mad scheduling appointments easy and was able to help change my appointments several times with schedule conflicts. Everyone was friendly, willing to help and smiling. I would recommend this location not for the car deals but for the personal care they gave me and helped answer all my questions and concerns with financing, maintenance, and service benefits!!

I just got a 2021 Toyota Sienna from driven auto even though I live in Minnesota. Comparing the price it’s about 4-5k less from where I live which was concern me about the quality of the car. Big thank you to Basil for helping me testing out the car and the honest feedback, the car is in excellent condition 10 out of 10. Also to Jim doing a great job answering all my questions financing the car, and have it shipped to me earlier than I expected. I definitely going to get another car from here.

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything. My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot. Hector was amazing. He was honest in his review of the car I bought and made sure I was the first to see the car after it came back for detailing. When I left with my new car I noticed the front driver's side light was out, Hector had me bring it in th3 next Saturday and personally made sure it got done.
