Just bought used with 56,000 miles on it. Gas mileage was not all that great, so I replace the oxygen sensor myself which cost about $35. The gas mileage rounded right up to about 23 miles per gallon driving stop and go. a great ride, nice interior, go buy one.

Just bought a used 2016 Patriot. Ours is the base model: manual transmission, manual doors and windows, etc. It's very roomy and comfortable, and the cruise and climate controls work great. It's a nice all around commuter and family car. Driving it takes me back to a simpler time. This is my first Jeep and I absolutely love it.

It came with the High Altitude package. The heated leather seats and auto start sure has me spoiled. The four wheel drive sure has came in handy. Also has usb ports and other inlets.

Now have 110,000 miles on vehicle and had to pay out 1800 on some mechanical parts. For the most part my 2014 Jeep Patriot has been pretty good. Great in snow.

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. After several other brands, the Jeep was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 200+ mile trip, I averaged 25 mpg. Terrific vehicle, buy it used! Good performance and reliability on this particular Jeep engine. Vehicle ride is very comfortable and rides more like a passenger car than a typical Jeep.

I've had my Patriot for about 3 yrs now. I purchased with 82K on it and am up to 98K. The CVT took a bit to get used to as far as being not very quick when accelerating. I'm used to it now and it keeps me from having a lead foot...lol. Otherwise I've had no major problems and it serves it's purpose and is good in the snow.

I owned another jeep compact suv but it was not 4x4. The patriot is much larger, and more reliable to go on all terrains and feel confident in driving off road or on beach sand. I am happy with my purchase. It looks brand new inside even though it is a 2016 model, it also has a little bit of style and all the upgrades one would want. It is a good reliable car and I hope to enjoy it for many years.

10 yrs 142K miles and nothing but pleasure for the money. We bought the 2.4 ltr with the six speed automatic. The two was not and option due to the CVT transmission. Nothing but normal maintenance. Great value at the time and still happy🏁

I bought mine used..Love it, but sad to hear the model has been discontinued..Mine is pretty basic...not many extras to break...decent gas mileage, running great on E15, too.

I actually love it! I bought it second hand and it runs really well. The car is well isolated, the AC works great. It is very comfy and the gas is not running low as fast as I was expecting to (based on online reviews). So, I am actually positively surprised. It looks great with a retro flair, provides good visibility which speaks for a good design. All in all, for the current price market is a good deal. A straightforward and simple car that works great.

I love the gas mileage. I got 33.5mpg on road trips. Bought August 2015 and still driving it. The a/c has just now started making noises. Think it's the belt.
