I was currently in the market for a new car. i had a 2009 KIA optima that was giving me trouble. I was debating on a SUV or a cross over and let me tell you this jeep renegade is the best cross over to find. I have 4 year old which means i have a big car seat but it fits in the car just fine. My son is tall and he has more then enough leg rove. The car is not to high or low its just right so you dont have to work about jumping up in the car. It can easily fit someone in the car that 6'6 With enough leg room. I'm 5'4 and its a perfect size for me. I didn't want nothing to big so this car was a perfect option. It feels like a big SUV but its not. I rented a jeep Cherokee for a day and it felt like it was the same size of my car from the inside. Im really happy i picked this car. My first jeep and i love it. Its such a mommy car

I must say.... not only did my car ( 2013 BMW 535i Gran Turismo xdrive) get the proper service, I was personally over impressed by the hands on courtesy I received from the team at Momentum BMW Mini. When I brought my car to their service department I was greeted at my vehicle by a representative who kindly directed me to the service area. My service representative was named RICK RAWLANDS whom I had spoken to over the phone but wasn't in his office when I arrived but to my amazement he had left instructions with the front desk clerk that I would be coming and they took great care of me. Though they did have a shuttle to take me back to my destination the service and parts manager SHAWN offered to personally take me. In that short period of time with him I came to the conclusion that he was an honest and stand up person.... he even gave me a BMW Tee shirt and assured me that he would make sure that all of my needs would be met. The following day was a Saturday and I returned to the service department where I met EMILY who was very curtious, hands on and attentive to my needs. EMILY made sure that I was set up in a 2017 430i loaner. Monday morning I stopped in to meet up with Rick who had been off for the weekend to see if I could get the car to duplicate my issue. After my arrival he immediately called over his shop Forman named BRYAN who went out for a drive with me and we were able to get the car to duplicate the problem which turned out to be the lower fuel pump. Wednesday they were all done and my car runs superbly. Needless to say I give this service team a 10 out of 10 and would be confidant to bring my car here again over anywhere else in this city. Hands down they are the best I've ever dealt with. Great job Momentum!!!!!

I purchased it new, and have owned it for 2 years. In an era where all cars look the same, it separates itself from the pack! I love its unique styling, and while it’s a 4 cylinder, it’s quite nimble and handles well. From the outside, it looks quite small, but there’s more than ample room inside, with plenty of leg room. The built in Bluetooth allows me to never hold a phone, listen to music on my iPhone, and the Sirius XM makes sure I don’t have to listen to terrestrial radio! Alleged Jeep purists say it’s the fiat Jeep, so it’s the anti Jeep and I love it!!! And yes, I traded my wrangler in for the renegade, and I’m glad I did!

Love my renegade, meets all my needs , gets me to the trails to hike and mountain bike , good enough on gas ⛽️, 25.9 ave mpg, comfortable to drive , I like the seating position. I have a commando sport 4x4 I prefer the knobs over digital buttons, only upgrade will be a large screen radio with Bluetooth ( have unconnect 3 base radio ) and install a oem bumper trailer hitch . I also had a limited loaded edition which a nice, but I actually prefer the slightly ulterian sport model.

Long story short... I live in the DFW area about 250 miles away from Houston. I had been searching for a new mustang GT premium for a few weeks when I stumbled across Mac Haik's dealership. They had the exact mustang that I wanted, and for a price I couldn't believe. The car was listed for $32,880.00. Now, we all know that dealerships quote you one price online, and then it changes when you get there. However, that wasn't the case with Mac Haik. I had the pleasure of doing business with Esteban! I called the dealership to inquire on the price. Remember, I thought it was too good be true. Esteban assured me that this was the price (as all other dealers do to get you in the door) and that he wasn't in the business of playing games. Esteban assisted me with valuing my trade and applying for financing all the while, I'm in the office in Dallas. Esteban was very honest and forthwith with all negotiations and was very diligent in responding to all of my questions and correspondence. We got the deal done over the phone and I was able to pick my car up the next day. The next day I drove to Houston to pick up my car. It was already detailed and ready to go. Esteban checked my trade-in in and we proceeded to financing. I was there for an hour and a half (30 minutes of that was waiting for my bank to approve a transaction. I've bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships. This was by far the best sales and financing experience that I've ever had. Esteban, and Jesse in the finance department are stand up guys who don't mess around. If uou want a new or used Ford for the best price in the country. Go see Mac Haik! You won't be disappointed. They've earned my business for a lifetime. When I'm ready to buy my F-150, I'll be going to see Esteban and Mac Haik Ford in Houston!

My experience was epic with these gentlemen who worked with me regarding my needs for a new vehicle. Terrance Dixon was the sajesnan who greeted me as I exited my car and initiated professional communication with me asking the necessary questions to see what was required to earn my business. Mr Courtney G. then stepped in and also assisted being a dedicated member of the team. We went through the numbers and the gentlemen were adamant about me taking a vehicle and driving it for the experience over night. I declined, but that spoke volumes of their trust and dedication to gaining my patronage. We decided on a vehicle and it was the general manager; Michael Hartmann, who remembered my after 2-3 years of stepping into DonMcGill initially inquiring about the Tundra. Mr. Hartmann went in and worked with the guys and found the perfect vehicle for me. Spanking brand new Toyota Tundra Texas Édition w/ all of the bells and whistles I needed to carry out my daily functions as an Agriculture Advisor in the Katy ISD district. With the hundreds if deals that Mr. Hartmann works and handles, he was conscientious of what I needed after all if the time had passed since I stepped foot in the showroom. THIS is paramount of Customer Service and what truly attracts customers like myself to new businesses. I come from a die hard, dedicated FORD family .... but the experience with these 3 gentlemen really turned the tide and as they welcomed me to the Don McGill Family, I know I am in the perfect place now. Even though I had my own financing, the gentlemen were respectful of my wishes and did not present any options in any pushy manner. Chris Fernandez was also instrumental in my purchase by providing my documentation via usb drive (classy) as well as went thru options for any future purchases I could possibly have with Toyota!

I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I’ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it’s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don’t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn’t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that’s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I’d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

I think the interior could be better designed but overall, the way the driver seat and steering wheel can be adjusted is VERY THOUGHTFUL. I just prefer the old school bench seating across the front and the drink holders in front of you and the gear shift on the steering wheel. That middle business takes a lot of spreading legroom away.

Gene Smith is rated number 1 for a reason! He is respectful, genuine and knows his customers. I first met him as my boyfriend leased a car from him. 2 years later I was back looking to purchase my own new car and he remembered not just meeting me but exactly what came of our meeting. When I shopped other dealer ships I was lucky to have a salesman introduce himself to me let alone get the service Gene provides. After contemplating my buy for a couple weeks, I returned to Gene and Helfman because they "spoiled" me with superb customer service. As a first time car buyer, the bar has been set pretty high.
