I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.

We have a 2022 Wagoneer Series II rear-wheel drive. It's got nearly 47,000 miles on it now. We absolutely love it. "Silver Zenith" exterior and the two-tone black/Baltic salt interior. It is SO roomy and comfortable, and quiet! Ride quality is smooth as the suspension absorbs just about anything. The exhaust note has an amazingly deep note to it. We love this Wagoneer.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I think the Wagoneer is a beautiful car. I think of the various colors, the Wagoneer looks better in white. The ride is smooth and comfortable. It has so many practical features such as the GPS system. After travelling routinely to the same place, it remembers. I love that the side mirrors turn downward when in reverse to ensure that the area is clear. Having 3 rows of seating is very helpful and passengers riding in the 3rd row have raved about the leg room. When in reverse, you are alerted that a vehicle is approaching way before the vehicle reaches you. I also liked that I could program my garage so that I don't have to get out of the vehicle. I just press the button and the garage automatically opens/closes. It has a great sound system and I just love the exterior paint. Whenever I give it a wash, it looks like showroom elegance. It also has a screen on the passenger side that you can plug your HDMi cable to watch different things. Sooooooo many features that I love on this beautiful car. Performance has been great. I have a 2022 Wagoneer so I'm not sure if the newer Wagoneer gives you more gas mileage. The amount of gas it uses would be my only set back to this vehicle but I still love my Wagoneer!

Many have had issues with electrical on this vehicle. 99% of it is loose grounds under the hood. And fully trickle charge your truck battery. We love this thing. Better than the Tahoe by far. We have the W3 with air ride. I have the hemi 5.7 and get 21 miles per gallon on the highway. You must use the the dealer to align the vehicle. Especially with air ride.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Our family purchased a 2022 Wagoneer Series III 4WD. We drove it across country over 2600 miles through rainfall and snow to visit family in the mountains. The 360 camera view is crisp and bright. High/low beam lights have a wide span while driving, it’s easier to see at night. The brakes are sensitive, but effective. It has a 5.7L V8 engine and does well on mileage. Acceleration is great. Climate controls, media player and hands free capabilities worked great, they can sometimes be slow to make changes.The drive was comfortable, the vehicle handled very well. We even had lots of storage space for belongings. It comes with full 2nd and 3rd row seating, lots of lower car seat anchors for kids.All 5 of our kids were happy.My only complaint is the classic wood grain could only be found in the grand wagoneer.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

They were nice enough and willing to deal some. They told me that they were going to mail me some touch up paint but I have not seen it?? They did have the windshield replaced like the said they would.

Beautifully made vehicle. Drives very smooth, very spacious and comfortable. Leg room in backseat is great for tall passengers and seats recline for best comfort.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
