Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Then 3 weeks After the sale I had some clerical issues. She took my call an got to the people who could fix the issues without giving me the run around. Our customer Service Rep, Brandy, always makes it easier than expected. She watches out for her customers. The facility is roomy, comfy seating , lots of TV going in, a great coffee machine. All that makes exiting tolerable, even nice.

I called Alex the day before about a problem I was having he told me to bring it in the next day in the morning.. It was late afternoon when I called... I told him I will have to wait for it which is no problem for me I'm retired.He said not a problem we will get it done as quick as possible.. which they did. There is a reason why I have bought 5 trucks from this dealer it's service like this. Don't take my word for it just have a seat in the waiting area and just watch or go to the show room unless you say something salesmen don't bug you they will asked if you need some help or have a question but that's about it relieving some of the pressure you have on yourself trying to decide on a vehicle.With that being said if I ever need another vehicle it will be Matrix in sales and Alex in service nothing against anyone else working there that's just who I've dealt with

Had made an appointment for oil change, rotate tires, check fluids and alignment. Took 3 hours, then was told they were short handed and couldn't do the alignment until the next day. Very inconvenient. Took my car in the next day for the alignment and they did give me a discount on it for me having the inconvenience the day before.

Best Car buying experience ever!! I shopped other dealers and they had a "out the door" price that was thousands higher than than advertised . Tomlinson however the price advertised was the price.

The dealership represents outstanding customer service as my personal experience dealt with several employees, but the most outstanding individual was Annamarie Sandoval-Friedenstein. Her professionalism was above and beyond any expectations. Although my special order took 6 month for delivery, she kept me informed of the status on a regular basis. That was unexpected and pleasant.
