New and used 2025 Jeep Wrangler for sale near Chevy Chase Section Five, MD

I had a great experience buying a car with Nabil! He was friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. Nabil listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. He really knows his stuff and gave me honest advice. After I bought the car, he even checked in to see how I was doing. If you need a car, I highly recommend Nabil. However, I had a disappointing experience with Rodriguez, the financial specialist. Despite having the highest credit score, he didn’t offer me a competitive percentage rate from well-known institutions like Bank of America, Capital One, etc. Instead, he suggested a high rate of 7.99% from lesser-known financial institutions, which just didn’t make sense to me. In comparison, Nabil, my car sales representative, was outstanding and deserves a 5-star rating for his excellent service, whereas I would give Rodriguez a 1 for not being helpful in getting a fair financial deal.

Hector was the most accommodating and solicitous sales person I’ve ever encountered. He spent as much time as I needed to make a decision and more to familiarize myself with the Jeep Cherokee. Clearly he deserves a 10 out of 10!!

I am writing a review of this dealership based on my experience dated 02/15/ 2025. I purchased a 2025 pacific on Saturday. I had been in contact with the salesman Taz and several manager over the phone and e mail in hopes of making my time at the dealership as quick as possible. even though I had prearrange before I got there as much as possible, I had selected the vehicle and verified that it was there and told them what type of transaction, I arrived early at 10:30 am in hopes of leaving before the weather turned bad. I asked several time that I wanted to leave soon, but I could not leave until 5:30 in the evening when it was pouring down rain. My best experience was with The salesperson, Taz who assisted me every step of the way as much as he could. He is a true credit to the dealership and I really appreciated his help along the way as I am an elderly disabled vet. He made sure that my vehicle was prepped and transfer of my equipment was done WAJ

Met Ms. Ronnie Hughes when I went to Darcars in New Carollton just to browse. She greeted me with such a warming smile and a positive attitude which made me feel more relaxed. Her phenomenal interpersonal skills allowed me to take my time and explain what I wanted. Ms. Ronnie, you truly are a "Grade A" Saleswoman, thank you & keep doing your thing!!!

Everyone was Friendly, polite and attentive. There was no pressure. The whole team worked very well together. I was always able to reach someone and the deal was completed quickly at the price agreed upon. One of the quickest, and most satisfying automobile buying experiences that I have ever had.

We recently purchased a Jeep from Darcars Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Marlow Heights. I visited several dealerships but found the staff at this location very warm, knowledgeable, and understanding of what we were looking for. They did not pressure us like in some other places. When we got there for our appointment, the Jeep was ready in front of the showroom. Keith was very nice, and his manager Kambiz was also great. We decided to go with a certified Jeep . Saved money and got a longer warranty than a new car. Will buy again from them in 2 years. We hope

Overall have been satisfied with Safford. Only minor complaints… like recently went for a simple tire rotation…nothing else… not even balancing and was surprised to find an additional charge of 10.00 for shop supplies and hazardous waste materials disposal. Not sure what shop supplies were needed or what hazardous waste needed to be disposed of from simply rotating the tires.

I had a good experience at Safford Chrysler in Springfield VA when I went to buy my Toyota Prius. Asad, the young car sales man was very nice, helpful and patient. He answered my questions and he didn’t hesitate to ask his boss about any thing that he could not answer himself. I would recommend this car dealer to my friends.

We bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander and we’re very pleased by the overall experience. We felt we got a good trade-in for our car and a good price on the new-to-us car. My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I live around 2 hours away from the dealership but I will continue to make the drive and recommend you do the same, she is worth it!

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV.
