As someone who loathes car buying experiences, the haggling and gimmicks that waste people’s time, this dealership is a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond sourcing a vehicle for us to ensure we got everything we wanted. The price was fair and we wasted little time getting to a final number, that experience and price couldn’t be beat. From there, Astrid was great at outlining services and finance offers at the dealership. Everyone was kind , courteous, and most of all efficient. There isn’t a dealer like it out there in the Des Moines area that gets you the car you want, is fast to a good price, and finance was fair in describing their services and getting us out the door. Had made an appointment for oil change, rotate tires, check fluids and alignment. Took 3 hours, then was told they were short handed and couldn't do the alignment until the next day. Very inconvenient. Took my car in the next day for the alignment and they did give me a discount on it for me having the inconvenience the day before.

Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. I just had an inspection and full maintenance of my CRV including oil change, tire rotation,4 wheel alignment, transmission fluid and filter change. The even text me a video of my car and asked for permission with cost before doing any extra work. I always have a great experience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. The team there is awesome!

Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. Very flexible and customer focused. We ordered car 3 months before moving and it was built early. Dealer held onto vehicle until we arrived and were ready to trade in van we needed for move. Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable from purchase through final paperwork and orientation. Manager agreed on compromise regarding trade in value. Overall a very positive experience.
