Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

JC and Marino dealership provided an exceptional experience. JC walked us thru all the benefits, applications and dashboard to be sure we knew all the wonderful features of our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. In addition to knowledge sales people, the process of buying a new car was seamless. Everything from getting the registration card, license plates and applying for the title happened in JCs office! Everyone was super friendly and excited about our new car. It felt like we were treated like family… that’s how much care and attention we were given. 10 score all around!!! I made a 1 star Review BY ACCIDENT. I was under the assumption that was making the review for the Napleton's Arlington Heights. I have been trying to delete my previous reviews but couldn't. Please let me know if there is a way to delete it. Your dealership is one of the best in the area... for prices and staff. I worked with Tyson and he was really helpful with everything. I decided to wait a little and will be back at your dealership for new Jeep ;)

He was able to work with our credit and our trade in to get us into a reliable vehicle that we could afford. He was thorough and efficient and we were well taken care of. We appreciate his help and couldn't be happier with the experience.

After purchasing eight jeeps over the years, we have continued to return to the Wickstrom Jeep dealership. We have been extremely lucky to have been able to always work with Eric Jensen as our salesperson. Eric's personality makes it easy to work with him. He is more that happy to answer any questions or find the answer to our questions even after the sale is completed. It's refreshing and reassuring as a buyer to have such a person and dealership who is interested in more that just the sale.
